Carrie Underwood continued her love affair with nude dresses on the red carpet, at the “Soul Surfer” LA Premiere at the ArcLight Cinerama Dome last night.
For her movie debut she opted for an exquisite Zuhair Murad Spring 2011 dress.
Her nude silk cocktail dress with hand embroidered black lace showed off her well toned legs. The dress also features a tiered skirt and flower accent on the waist. This bothered me at first, but I’m beginning to like the additional detail.
Black Brian Atwood peep-toe heels, a black Swarovski sequined envelope clutch, drop earrings and gold bangles accessorized her look.
The Country singer sported her signature flowing waves, with smoky eyes and nude lip gloss.

Okay, in my mind, Carrie is perfection! I think this is a great dress….and I actually like the detail on the hip
i like the hip detail and the colour, but i think the tiered skirt looks too busy. I would have loved a simple straight skirt. But all those ruffles plus the hip details is overkill.
I kind of like the dress but at the same time I think it looks like a cross between curtains from the 20′s and couch fabric from the 50′s.
Really nice!
This is okay. I think the detail isn’t terrible but it doesn’t add anything to the dress.
I really like the dress. Its amazing on her, but I wish she would do something with her hair. She looks older than she is with that style. And I do wish she wore color….I think this would have been a better choice for the ACMs on sunday.
I was thinking that too…..only the ACMs are more fancy
Not for a second dress. You know, after she performs.
Carrie looks great as usual, makeup and all. Wish the details on the hip was a bit more prominent on her like the way its shown on the model. On her the hip detail looks like a last minute addition.
I don’t know, am I the only one who thinks that this dress seems made with some curtains? The detail is beautiful but only in the dress worn by the model, on hers is shapeless.
I really like this look, but I wish the hip detail had been more front-and-center like the runway version. I also prefer the runway shoes.
I was thinking the same thing. The hip detail is in the wrong place on Carrie, and her shoe choice wasn’t the best.
how very cute
Love it!
