Dame Helen Mirren was honored with a hand and footprint ceremony at Grauman’s Chinese Theatre in Hollywood yesterday.
The evergreen 65 year old British actress never gets her look wrong on the red carpet.
She doesn’t get it wrong off the red carpet either, if you remember those fabulous pictures of her in a red bikini 2 years ago.
On this occasion she opted for a chic navy blue Lanvin twill robe dress from the Spring 2011 collection. It looks just as fabulous on her, as it does on Anja.
I love the side zipper. Sometimes they can bring down a look, but it works on this occasion.
The grand dame completed her look with a navy belt, a gold cuff and Ferragamo silver heels.
Class and elegance personified.
Long may she continue to reign.

She is exquisite. She always dresses beautifully, is gorgeous and has a great sense of humour, but mor ethan that she always makes an effort, her looks always ahve class and sophistication in abundance and she is consistently elegant and humble. I <3 her and her heels too!

Helen always looks great, so tasteful. She is the one that surprises me the most because you see the young starlets and then bam she comes on the red carpet and blows everyone away. Every single dress I’ve seen her in is perfect for her. This woman can’t do no wrong.

Now this is a woman who knows how to dress! Seriously, the true test of a stylish woman is when they keep up their sense of style as they age, while being age-appropriate and chic all at one. Helen Mirren is the coolest. No one can say anything bad about her.
