Gretchen Mol arrived at The Ziegfeld Theatre this week for the “Mildred Pierce” New York Premiere.
She dazzled wearing a Marchesa Resort 2011 A-line dress.
The silk dupioni gold embroidered dress was teamed with a Marchesa alligator square box clutch and nude pumps.
I would have accessorized with gold pieces, but thankfully Gretchen stepped outside the box and gave us other options.

Did she get lost on her way to King Tutankhamen’s Tomb. ?
Simply awful and the shoes don’t work either. Having said that not sure what shoes would work.
I like this, so sweet and elegant.
The shoes pull down this look. Not exciting enough.
The shoes…… boring….
The look is great, but I don’t like the shoes, I prefer the runaway shoes.
She made this meh for me. Pumps don’t work. Gold strappy sandals and a gold tinted clutch. Sometimes it is perfectly fine to not step outside the box.
Kudos to her. She had a baby less than 6 weeks ago, and she looks great
Such a great dress, but the hair and accessories are a bit uninspired.
Dislike the dress on her and everything else – her shoe choice esp, clutch, hair.
I think she looks great in this dress, but I wish she’d opted for different shoes.
I like the dress, but I don’t like it on Gretchen. She’s only a year older than me, but for some reason, this dress makes her look older. I find that Gretchen is very young looking. I wouldn’t evenwear this dress.
