Sidewalk Style: Rihanna In Celine & Prada

Rihanna was spotted headed out to dinner at Giorgio Baldi restaurant in Palisades, California on Saturday night.

The singer opted for the prefect transitional Fall to Spring look wearing a Celine Pre-Fall 2010 colour-block sweater dress with white Celine loafers.

RiRi has changed her hairstyle yet again.

This time she rocks sweeping bangs after making a guest appearance on Chelsea Lately with blunt bangs just last week.

Rihanna completed her look carrying a luxe buttery Prada City calf double top handle tote from the Spring 2011 collection.

I like the dress, but those shoes make Rihanna’s feet look more like skis.
Not a fan of the bag either. It looks a little old lady.

I must be the only woman in the world not to drool over Celine and seeing her in this kind of confirms to me why that is the case.
This dress is very ” sportswear” and is similiar to Marni’s SS a collection I also didn’t like.
I just don’t get why any one would pay mid 4 figures to look like a Nike ad.
I also don’t like the white (are they gucci? ) loafers which scream Miami beach in the Rat Pack era.

Love the shoes, love the dress, love the bag, love the hair. I’ll go take my temp now because this is the first time I have loved everything about her..

Wrong shoes, the rest is okay.

Quite nice overall, I like it, the dress esp…don’t mind these shoes with it.
But the hair does look absurd and gimmicky in the real world. Leave it for the stage and mag. covers, and wear a more natural looking wig/none in everyday life.

    Yes dress, no shoes

I like this toned down look on her but I wish her hair wasn’t so vibrant.

OMG, those are horrible shoes. Not only do they not go with the dress, they are just hideously ugly.

God, I totally agree, they’re unbearable!

Loafers are always hideous in my book but white ones…good lord I don’t know how to describe how much I loathe them.

I love the simplicity of this outfit. So cute!

Here to express my undying love for those loafers.
(Although they seem a bit off with the dress.)

2 of my favorite brands on one of my least favorite girls lol

    But she does look fantastic!

Ethne, I agree – Marni-esque indeed… just ad some chunky necklace

It’s nice to see her in a non-attention seeker look. This look has a Marni quality to it. It’s almost not her style. It’s an okay look nonetheless.
