First Lady Michelle Obama was captured waving to photographers as she walked with daughters Malia and Sasha upon arrival for a reception hosted by Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff at the Palacio da Alvorada in Brazil this weekend.
She wore a stunning Naeem Khan Spring 2011 dress.
The neutral linen shift dress was embellished with intricate gold embroidered details which were complemented by her gold kitten heels.
Mrs O opted to modify her dress slightly to give it an open neckline.
A chic updo, flawless make-up and gold accessories completed her look.
Mrs O has been come quite a fan of Mr Khan, having worn his dresses to greet the Indian Prime Minister and the 33rd Annual Kennedy Center Honors Ceremony.

Good look. It ages her- as with most of what she wears- but it is nice. Naeem Khan works for her.
Hi, I’m from Brazil and the right name is Palacio DA Alvorada. The translation is somenthing like Palace of the Dawn. Beijos!!!
thank you
She looks amazing. I love the beads – once again she is so “au currant”. Beads and Mardi Gras go hand-in-hand. It is PERFECT. And Thoughtful.
I also love that one of her daughters wore stripes and the other stars. What a beautiful family.
LOVE the model’s look – that wonderful dress with those shoes and spectacular necklace… would copy this look precisely (except for the hair) and wear immediately!
Michelle’s look is a bit monotonous. Don’t really like it. As strange as it sounds, it sort of washes her out.
Gorgeous. Great shoes–no black pumps or peep-toes here!
Very chic. Mrs. O is rocking everything.
She looks good. Her hairstyle ages her but she still looks good in the dress.
Amazing!! Love the dress and her accesories.
Braziiiil.
She looked beautiful, during her stay she used a lot of spring dresses.
And the girls are so cuuuuuuute.
Yes, yes, yes. I really like this one. Love the metallic shoes with it too. Regal enough for a first lady yet appropriate for the occasion. Good job Mrs. O.
Beautiful as always.
She looks fit and fabulous. Wish she would do something different with her hair before she leaves the oval office, but nevertheless she looks great
Gorgeous!!! She looks absolutely gorgeous, appropriate and stylish. She does us proud and her girls are precious!
Love the kitten heels. The dress is okay, but I’m not a real fan of Naeem Khan.
