Beautiful, But Isn’t She Always Beautiful? Award
There always has to be at least two Marchesa gowns at major events.

Hailee Steinfeld wore the first and Halle Berry wore the second Marchesa look at the 2011 Oscars tonight.

The Oscar winning actress was glowing – literally – wearing a nude and crystal encrusted corset Marchesa gown with organza and silk tulle ruffles.

Had this look been a black plunging gown I would’ve been very disappointed.

I’m glad despite her woes she made the effort.

Best Embellishments Award
Hilary Swank was also one the presenters at the 2011 Oscars tonight.

She’s knows a thing or two about looking spectacular on the red carpet, and she didn’t let me down by wearing a stunning Gucci Premiere gown.

Her silver sequin embellished strapless couture gown was decorated with ombre feathers on the skirt of her gown which perfected her Oscar worthy look.

I hope we get to see more Gucci Premiere on the red carpet. At the moment it’s too few and far between.

The actress wore her hair back and carried a Roger Vivier clutch.

Worst Hair Award
Reese Witherspoon was one of the presenters on the night of the 2011 Oscars.

The actress wore a classic black Armani Privé dress.

Her strapless dress has a white silk band at the neckline and a subtle train.

I loved everything about the look including the emerald earrings, but I didn’t like her hair.

I’ve never been fond of those very obviously weaved on ponytails. From the side it totally put me off this look.

Best Dressed Couple Award
I refused to believe that Penelope Cruz just had a baby.

The Spanish actress looked breath-taking in red at the 2011 Oscars tonight.

Her fiery L’Wren Scott Spring 2011 gown was decorated with sequins, but she still added more sparkle with Chopard jewels.

Penelope comes second to Nicole Kidman when it comes to loving L’Wren Scott work.

I hope she’s not in any hurry to lose her baby weight, because I think she looks perfect the way she is.

It’s so great to see her back on the red carpet again.

I Know You Love It, But I Don’t Award
Many of you have already stated how much you loved Mandy Moore’s look at the 2011 Oscars tonight.

Please don’t hate me, but I don’t.

The issue I have with this Monique Lhuillier Spring 2011 gown is that it’s so Mandy.

We all would’ve picked this nude sequin off-the-shoulder gown for her.

She never has an ace up her sleeve. It’s always the same type of gown.

Missing MoJo Award
When you think of Scarlett Johansson and Dolce & Gabbana, you are expecting a jaw dropping moment.

At the 2011 Oscars ScarJo wore Dolce, but my jaw is still perfectly intact.

In fact I find this Bordeaux one of a kind Dolce & Gabbana lace gown with an open back quite boring and dated.

Nicole Kidman would have worn this dress back in 1999.

This dress is doing nothing for the Dolce & Gabbana cosmetic and fragrance brand ambassador.

I was hoping this would be the chance she would get to prove she hasn’t lost her mojo, but I think this only confirms it.

What happened to the blonde bombshell we all knew and loved?

Next…

A gold Jimmy Choo ‘Cloud’ clutch completed her look.
