Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Ginnifer Goodwin showed off her new even shorter, more edgier boyish crop at the 13th Annual Costumer Designers Guild Awards in LA last night.

The “Something Borrowed” actress wore a Roksanda Ilincic Spring 2010 dress.

Her two tone dress with a black satin top and gold metallic sculptural asymmetrical skirt was paired with black Jimmy Choo ‘Zafira’ platform sandal and a Jimmy Choo ‘Lana’clutch

I like the dress a lot on the runway, but I’m not sure about it on Ginnifer.

Maybe I’m thrown off the look with the new hairstyle or maybe I’m just not into this look on her.

It has more personality on the runway.

Ariel Winter may only be 13, but she’s been acting for 6 years now.

The young actress looked super cute wearing a Guishem Spring 2011 dress.

Her grey metallic asymmetrical dress with one cap sleeve has slits in the bodice with neon yellow panels which also play out on the shoulders and waist.

Her hair was sleeked back in a tight pony and she completed her look with black peep-toes and a silver bracelet.

The rest of you may not get it, but we love Olivia Palermo in the UK because brightens up our front rows.

When you see the likes of Pixie Geldof looking like she was dragged out of bed, a touch of New York chic is a sight for sore eyes at London Fashion Week.

On Friday Olivia attended the launch of Vivienne Westwood’s Get A Life Palladium jewelery launch party.

She wore a Giambattista Valli Resort 2011 dress which has a black and white print and an organza tiered short skirt.

Her look was paired with a Tory Burch gold chain detailed cardigan, a metallic clutch and cream heels.

On Saturday she was front row at Jaeger’s Fall 2011 show wearing a Reiss camel dress and a Mawi necklace.

She completed her look with a pair of leopard print Charlotte Olympia ankle boots (yes I’m drooling over them).

Sarah Hyland was one of the younger attendees at the 13th Annual Costume Designers Guild Awards last night.

The ‘Modern Family’ actress wore a WTB Spring 2011 dress.

The beautiful white silk floral printed v-neck dress with a black leather waistband is gorgeous. The print almost looks like splattered paint.

I love Sarah because she’s not trying to be edgy or controversial on the red carpet.

She wears age appropriate looks and she always looks like she’s having fun with fashion.

Kristin Davis was the belle of the ball at the 13th Annual Costumer Designers Guild Awards which was held in Beverly Hills last night.

She wore a princessy Oscar de la Renta Spring 2011 strapless gown.

The ivory silk tulle and black dot embroidered gown was accented with a black satin bow belt.

The Oscar de la Renta devotee picked the perfect dress for her.

I would’ve been dying over this look if she’s worn her hair back.

It’s minor, but I think it would’ve made the world of difference.

BDOTW worthy??

If there was anyone who could pull Halle Berry out of her ‘red carpet de ja vu LBD’ phase it was Elie Saab.

The actress who introduced Elie Saab to world at the 2002 Oscars wore an Elie Saab Spring 2011 Couture gown to the 13th Annual Costumer Designers Guild Awards in Beverly Hills last night.

The actress was there to accepted the ‘Lacoste Spotlight Award.’

Her raspberry-red chiffon gown with lace detailing and a grosgrain belt is absolutely divine.

From the colour to the fit, everything is perfect.

I love how she didn’t dilute the dress by adding a lining to the skirt.

I have to ask as you know Elie is my King. Do you think this is BDOTW worthy?
