Gwyneth Paltrow In Michael Kors – 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party

Gwyneth Paltrow changed from her Calvin Klein dress to a Michael Kors dress at the 2011 Vanity Fair Oscar Party last night.

Her Michael Kors Fall 2011 one shoulder suntan jersey gown was decorated with crystal embroidery.

A gold Jimmy Choo “Cosma” clutch, Christian Louboutin Pigalle Plato glitter pumps and a spectacular pair of 20 carat Forevermark Cushion Cut Diamond Stud Earrings by Diarough completed her look.

I whilst I prefer this over the Calvin Klein dress, this dress was more appropriate for this party. It may have been too causal for the Oscars.

gwyneth’s dress isn’t the one in the picture, that’s why it’s a different color :D she performed her song in it then wore it to the party:D

I don’t like Gwenie with a minimalist look. On Tilda and Claire it works but not on her. But this is a nice dress. I like Gwenie’s skin tone dress.

Love how the dress sparkles. I much prefer the dress to the Calvin Klein she wore at the Oscars.

I love the dress, but this si all to monotone, all too beigey/tanny. Literally besides her eyes everything is from the same colour family.

Much prefer this to the Oscar. She looks great

Didn’t she perform in this dress? I prefer the red carpet look.

She’s just a big beige streak, as though someone’s spilt a bottle of foundation on the RC – I see nothing exciting here.

Meh, blonde hair, neutral dress, no pop of color. It needed something to spice it up and give the look some depth.

I love this. Wow. Twice in one night. I can’t believe it.
But…Michael Kors can do no wrong in my opinion. My judgement maybe clouded.

Much prefer this to the Oscar dress. Maybe not a big enough dress but since she wasn’t nominated for anythign she could’ve got away with it.

I think she needs to do something different with her hair, the stick straight flat-ironed look just makes her look older.

I agree with KateS. This does nothing for me.

I prefer the Calvin Klein to this one. I’m also not crazy about the pumps, but overall it’s an okay look for an after party. About the model … boy, Carmen Kass looks so hot with the short hair!

I knew this dress looked familiar, Debra Messing wore this in red a while back. Gwyneth looks lovely, her hair and makeup complete the look. BTW i love this website, Keep up the great work!

The dress matches the color of the skin, so no, I don’t like it on her.

    • Gaber March 1, 2011 at 16:44 #

That’s actually the reason why I like it so much.
I absolutely prefer it to her Calvin Klein choice.

I love the dress, anyway, and also the shoes. I’m not a fan of her style, I liked her more when she was younger (when she dated B. Affleck).

Two home runs for her on Oscar night, in my opinion.

She had two great looks but none of them was WOW. Just OK.

I was majorly disappointed in all of Gwys looks. It was all to severe and harsh. Made her look old
