Clemence Poesy In Chanel – “127 Hours” Paris Premiere

Clemence Poesy attended the premiere of her new movie, “127 Hours” in Paris this week.

Like Diane Kruger, she also wore a look from the Chanel Pre-Fall 2011 collection.

I love how these chic European girls always rock Chanel so effortlessly on the red carpet.

Clemence wore her gold embellished Chanel jacket with black skinny jeans, brown boots and a printed blouse.

This may seem super casual for a Premiere, but she pulls of this look so well and it perfectly represents her style.

She looks amazing, I want her outfit.

That looks like an acrylic cheap jacket made in China, something you could get at Talbots- that is the forever21 of mothers. I don’t think she is chic. This looks like lazy. She was only in the movie for like 2 minutes anyways…

I love it! That is French class!

I love the jacket, but it could’ve been more showstopping had she worn the necklace as well.
On another note; those boots are Acne Short Pistol Boots

I often find Clemence boring. She was boring on Gossip Girl.
I like the outfit. However, I agree with you. It seems like it’s a little too casual for a premiere. More like an outfit to wear to lunch with the girls.

Premieres here in France are very different from those in the USA or UK. Here, you don’t have to wear a bal gown for a premiere, or you would be considered overdressed. Actresses keep it simple, but sophisticated. Gowns or haute couture dresses are for events such a Cannes festival or the Césars ( equivalent of the BAFTA or Oscars ).
Sorry, my English is not perfect.

Fabulous! I love the whole thing, and her attitude in this shot is terrific.

I would usually hate this for a premiere, but she looks amazing, plus she is nto really a huge part, as far as I understand, in 127 hours, so fair enough.

Now if she’d only brush her hair! The “I’m trying to exude effortless chic” look doesn’t work when you look like you had to try hard!

Clémence knows how to wear those items. I love her jacket !

So effortless cool! Love the ensemble. Love French girls’ skinny, languid body type. I know I’m generalizing it but it’s in a lot of actresses I see.
