New York Fashion Week has been celebrity light, so I was happy to see Leighton Meester front row at the Marc Jacobs Fall 2011 presentation on Valentine’s Day.
Leighton looked so fresh wearing a Marc Jacobs polka dot dress from the Spring 2011 collection.
The circle printed long sleeve dress was paired with the most amazing red and gold Christian Louboutin Salsbourg suede sandals with an animal print heel.
I love how the colours of her heels perfectly complement her dress.
This girl thankfully doesn’t own boring heels.
Repossi jewels and wavy locks completed her look.
Gorgeous.

This girls appeal is lost on me. Her hair looks bushy and her face looks bare. I can’t even get into to how hideous I find this dress. Just awful.
Why would a bare face be a negative thing? That’s a plus imo, especially when compared to a caked make up.
I hate caked make-up, but in this case I agree with ShoeGal: the neutral make-up washes her out. Just compare the model’s look: a dark or bright lipstick, for example, would have made a difference.
Nice look for Leighton but not BDOTW worthy. I like the runway shoes too. L’s look is kinda 1970′s teacher, including her hair!
I wish her hair was pulled back a bit or at least better brushed out. Otherwise I love this look from head to toe.
Did you see Blake Lively in Marchesa? She looks phenomenal – orange and nude and a feathered skirt. I seriously loved the look.
flawless look! she is just so effortlessly gorgeous!
It’s not my favorite look, but she looks really good in it, you can tell she really likes it.
I love love love this look! Definitely BDOTW worthy (if there’s room!!)
xo
She looks amazing! the dress is so 70′s!!!!
Very pretty, but the hair should have been pulled back.
Agree
I agree.
Also agree – it’s the only thing I’d change!
runaway version has a life in it. lack of energy, lack of volume (hair) – DISASTER.
One word from me: FRUMPY!
Agreed.
I hate it, she should have modified the lenght. It looks flat
There is no question that Leighton Meester is crazy beautiful and I love that she tries different looks, but why is her makeup always so bad?? She either wears way too much or not enough. A little eyeliner would look so good here. Without it, she looks so tired.
am i the only one who think she is looking v drab lately?
She looks beautiful! Although I wish she had worn the runway scarf around her neck. And I’m wondering how she’s look with some darker berry-colored lipstick…
She looks bored.
That dress is just awful.
Can you blog about Vanessa Hudgens’ looks at the NYFW?
Sorry but I think she looked ridiculous and really out of place at FW
I don’t like that dress at all!,,
I like it. Maybe not BDOTW worthy but I definitely like it. She wears MJ very well.
And I admire her going bare face most of the time. You guys have to see the closeups. This girl has like the most amazing skin.
I don’t like this look at all. The dress is too long for Leighton and looks frumpy and old fashioned, although I love it on the model. I also dislike her hair and make-up.
I’m sorry, but awful form head-to-toe
I hated this dress on the runway but it looks gorgeous on Leighton!
I love the dress on the model better than Leighton. She’s too short to wear this.
Did Leighton put forth any effort? The woman looks as though she just woke up-no make-up and undone hair.
