She opted for a very dramatic Christian Dior Fall 2010 Couture gown whilst performing with Eminem.
The breath-taking black gown has a yellow petal print underskirt which has a rise and fall hemline.
I prefer the heels on the runway, but this is an amazing look from Rihanna.
She really knows how to work Couture both on the runway and on the stage.

I;m mad this dress didn’t get enough air time. She was only on screen with this dress for like 2 minutes.

I was eager to see one of those dresses on the red carpet! For once I don’t mind the hair color, I think it suits the look pretty well. Oh I’m disappointed that I missed her performance yesterday, must have looked beautiful live. The shoes are a bit uninspired but that’s not bugging me so much as the dress stands for itself.

this is christian dior fall 2010 couture. The Spring 2011 couture collection was inspired by 30′s, 40′s and 50′s.
The flower inspire collection was the fall 2010.

This dress was, without a doubt, the highlight of all the fashion from the Grammys. The sad thing is that the lighting for that number did NOT do the dress justice. If you have an eye for couture, you could tell that her dress was the damn deal. She worked that thing, too. I loved it when she got up on stage (she kind of processed while singing, then ascended) because she knew exactly how the dress moved and how to position it. And… cue camera cut. So sad! I just wanted to stare at it for dayyyyyyys.

I was really disappointed that this colelction has more or less nto been worn, so I am so glad to see Rihanna wearing the hell out of this incredible dress. I honestly have no idea who would rock it as well as her. I love teh choppier yellow sections, which are a good adjustment in my opinion. I also much prefer her new hair colour.

I adore the dress. The only thing I would put my finger on is that she (in my opinion) should have worn her hair up and away from the face.
Isn’t this Fall 201 Couture? I remember Spring 2011 Couture was much more dark and more of 50/60s era vibe. But Rihanna still looked divine, I like this much more then the Gaultier dress-though that dress was dramatic and sweet at the same time.

Wow, it’s such a stunning dress and it suits her so well. I’m generally not a fan of Rihanna, but this is definitely worthy of a BDOTW nomination. The silhouette is gorgeous and the dress manages to look beautiful and classy but still entirely appropriate as stage wear.

I love this dress but the runway version looks like a flower in full bloom whereas Rhianna’s looks a bit… wilted/less textured.
