I always know I’m going to be wowed during a Farah Angsana presentation and the designer didn’t disappoint when she presented her Fall 2011 collection yesterday.
Farah was inspired by the glitz and glamour of ’70s nightlife, and this was evident from the elaborate embellished details and the fur stoles.
The presentation was mostly a mini adventure with many of the looks stopping way above the knee.
Her signature red carpet gowns were beaded, embellished, chiffon hand draped gowns paired with wool coats and strappy heels.
The colour palette consisted of rich royal blue, teal, red and black.
The finale dress drew gasps from the audience. The white silk crystal encrusted gown with feather and organza ruffles was styled with a fur stole.
It really was a show stopper.
Key accessories included fur stoles and sky high platforms.

Its so fun and the use of color is outstanding. I can see Taylor Swift wearing that red mini and blue gown on her tour or performing. I want all of these!
That red mini is gorgeous. And so is the blue gown. And the finale gown. And just about everything else in this collection.
