The Z Spoke by Zac Posen Fall 2011 collection was a hugely different from the Spring 2011 collection.
The Spring collection was young, vibrant and energetic, but Miss Thing has now grown up.
For the Fall 2011 collection the Z Spoke girl has grown-up, she’s got a job and is seeking a more sophisticate look.
The refined pieces were presented in black, blue, grey and with a pop of pinks in this more wearable collection.
At Zac Posen’s studio I saw cute mini dresses, wide-legged pants, dresses with cut out details, corseted dresses, sexy LBDs, a short sleeved wool coat, chic blazers and cardigans.
All the looks were streamlined for that ultra feminine touch to flatter the female body.
I really enjoyed the bag collection.
The signature top handle ‘Zac Sac’ was presented in olive, tan, navy, burgundy and red.
Made of lambskin, quilted satin and ostrich, these bags retail at no more than $650.
Favourites: Pink sleeveless day dress and black dress with flared skirt
Who I See Wearing This Collection: Hailee Steinfeld, Kate Mara, Christian Ricci
