Tadashi Shoji’s Fall 2011 collection was inspired by the ancient gardens of the Far East.
Tadashi more than achieved his goal of creating a collection that exudes peaceful tranquility. This was demonstrated through his use of both floral details and faint jewel tones.
The colour palette consisted of his signature neutral hues plus purple, forest green, mustard and magenta.
We saw every type of dress from lace day dresses, strapless dress, asymmetrical dresses to elegant flowing silk chiffon evening gowns.
These show-stopping gowns were covered in feathers and rosettes awaiting their red carpet moment.
Favourites: Purple rosette accented strapless gown and black and white lace dress
Who I See Wearing This Collection: Vanessa Williams, Carrie Underwood, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Love Hewitt, Mo’Nique and Sofia Vergara
