Amy Adams wore white again at the 83rd Academy Awards nominations luncheon at Beverly Hilton Hotel in California this afternoon, after wearing white to the SAG Awards.
Like all the others at this luncheon her Valentino white dress with a ruffled bib from the Spring 2011 collection was event appropriate.
Her elegant, casual chic look has shorter sleeves than the runway version to further enhance the spring time mood of this look.
She style her dress with gold pumps and a white bracelet.
The jury is out on the white bracelet, but I love everything else about this look including her glossy red sleek straight hair.
White is clearly the colour of the day as the whole page is full of white dresses.

I like it. Great modification on the sleeves. Amy seems to be getting a bit of that old spark back.
Amy’s version doesn’t look similar to the runway. Her dress looks like any dress. Nothing special.
I am signing this.
The runway version is absolutely superior.
Glad she opted for a low neckline to add a bit of spark to the look, but even so, I’m still yawning. Two boring white dresses in one day. First Nicole Kidman now Amy Adams.
Classic and pretty!
Ditto!
she looks great. i love how her looks are very appropiate and polished at the same time. she looks lovely with tht hair!
This is a nice look for a luncheon. She looks good.
I think she looks pretty. I would never be able to pull off a white dress, but good for her!
She is wearing too many off-white/nude dresses lately.
I like it, but I wish that she had worn the runway version in another color.
