Celebrities have been wearing Azzaro so often on the red carpet recently that many of you have asked me if the designer has a new PR team.

They have the same PR team which is BPCM, so I think the increased visibility of Azzaro on the red carpet comes from recent collections which provide show-stopping dresses which are embellished with sparkling crystals, delicate lace inserts and dramatic bow details.

What’s not to love?

From Cannes Film Festival, to the X Factor in London, to Premiere’s in Tokyo to the Golden Globe Awards Nominee’s announcement in LA, celebrity have enjoyed wearing looks from the recent Spring 2011 and Fall 2010 collections.

Vanessa Seward, who is the creative force behind the brand, took over the label following the death of her mentor Loris Azzaro in 2004. Since then the label has gone from strength to strength.
