It looks like Cheryl Cole wasn’t the only one giving us a red carpet re-run at the 2011 National Television Awards which was held at The O2 in London last week, Tess Daly did too.

Violante Placido wore this Alberta Ferretti draped silk-chiffon gown to the 2010 Venice Film Festival Opening Ceremony and “Black Swan” Premiere.

I loved the subtle gold accessories which she paired with her Resort 2011 blush gown, as they didn’t over power her look.

Unfortunately when it comes to Tess Daly, I see the clutch, the cuff and the necklace before I see her gorgeous gown.

When it comes to elegance less is more which is why Violante wins this by a very long margin.
