Red Carpet Fashion Awards

Kate Bosworth was seen leaving the ‘Give Back Hollywood’ charity event at the London Hotel in West Hollywood this weekend.

She was head-to-toe in designer labels.

She wore a Burberry Prorsum Pre-Fall 2010 shearling cropped jacket over a Mulberry Fall 2010 denim dress with gold buttons.

The look was styled with Chloe leather ankle boots and a Proenza Schouler PS11 leather satchel.

Yes this look has been so very carefully styled, but I still feel a sense of effortlessness from it.

Even though she did try hard, it does seem like it because each piece complements the other.

I love this look.

Olivia Palermo continues to travel the world in the name of fashion.

She attended the HauteMuse Magazine and Matchesfashion.com event last night at the Sharq Hotel in Qatar.

The fashionable reality TV star wore an ivory Alexander McQueen jacquard dress from the Pre-Fall 2010 collection.

She style her look with an orange Bottega Veneta satin intrecciato woven clutch and Elizabeth and James Lizzy shoe boots.

A half up, half down hairstyle plus a ring and gold bracelet completed her look.

Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted with Olivia Munn filming scenes for their latest movie, “I Don’t Know How She Does It” in the Financial District of Manhattan, New York yesterday.

Whilst their wardrobe isn’t ‘Sex And The City’ fabulous they both carried designer bags.

Olivia carried a black monogram bag, whilst Sarah Jessica Parker is seen carrying the Mulberry ‘Alexa’ bag.

The Mulberry ‘Alexa’ bag was hugely popular last year and it looks like it’s popularity will continue into 2011.

Celebrities such as Alexa Chung (of course), Emma Watson, Katie Holmes, Fearne Cotton and Cheryl Cole have all been spotted carrying the ‘Alexa’ in various sizes and colours.

The ‘Alexa’ bag instantly sold out when it first launched but this timeless bag is still available from Net-A-Porter US in oak and black and Net-A-Porter International in oak, black and watermelon.

Kristen Stewart graces the cover American Vogue’s February 2011 issue.

I’m sure her die-hard fans will make this the highest selling cover of all time, so Vogue were very smart to make her a cover girl.

The “Twilight” star sports softer lighter locks on the cover wearing a Proenza Schouler Spring 2011 looks throughout her editorial which was shot by Mario Testino.

A lot of people seem to be very unhappy about Kristen’s cover which I think is strange considering the fact – like it or not – she is a major Hollywood player.

What I love about this editorial is that there isn’t any over the top princess-like dresses. The editors picked a young hip brand which suits Kristen’s non fussy style.

In her interview she talked about her preferred roles and the way she’s been putting her money to use.

Here are some extracts from her interview.

On the roles she goes for: “I choose things that are so overly ambitious, and if I can’t do stuff like that, I don’t want to be doing this.” Read more…

Whilst her fellow actors were enjoying a night of celebrating TV and Film, Gwyneth Paltrow was in Geneva, Switzerland.

She attended the Baume & Mercier Gala Evening for 21st SIHH High Jewellry Fair where she was named as the newest ambassador of Baume and Mercier.

Gywnie wore an Azzedine Alaia ribbed pink ruffled dress.

For those of you who have gown fatigue from the Golden Globes, this will come as light refreshment.

Her spring twenties inspired dress was paired with some hot pink Pierre Hardy peep-toes and a Baume & Mercier watch.

She opted for smoky eyes and styled her hair with loose waves.

Hollywood stars took the red carpet for the annual Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala Benefit back in March last year which is hosted by Anna Wintour.

Her daughter Bee Shaffer wore a navy Nina Ricci Fall 2010 satin bustier dress with a chiffon train.

With her hair pulled back she added black peep-toes and dazzling diamond earrings to her look.

Halle Berry wore the black version of the same dress to the 2011 Golden Globe Awards.

Although this is nothing we haven’t seen before on Halle, she wins for me as I much I prefer her shoe choice.
