Red Carpet Fashion Awards

In the space of one day some of the world’s most recognised actresses all wore Burberry Prorsum coats to create a mini 24 hour trend.

Kate Hudson arrived in London using her fern green Burberry Prorsum coat with a shearling collar to cover up her baby bump.

Cameron Diaz has been taking in the sights of Paris with boyfriend A-Rod wearing a navy military Burberry Prorsum Fall 2010 coat.

Kate Bosworth has been spotted in Utah wearing a head-to-toe Burberry look which included a green lace dress from the Fall 2010 collection, cute red check ear muffs and a Burberry navy coat.

Keira Knightley has been faithful her lush taupe Burberry Prorsum coat for over a year now.

This coat has also been worn by Blake Lively.

Christopher Bailey, the Creative Director at Burberry has created a great line of coats to get us through the long cold winter months.

Keira proves that if you purchase a classic timeless quality coat, that it can last many seasons.

Check out some great Burberry coats at Net-A-Porter US and Net-A-Porter International.

Shakira attended the 2011 NRJ Music Awards in Cannes, France this weekend.

I’ve never been a fan of Shakira’s style as everything about her seems dated, but she did look good wearing an Azzedine Alaia Fall 2010 dress.

Her black beaded sleeveless dress with a flounce hem could’ve been lifted has she opted for more exciting accessories.

Sergio Rossi pumps, a Christian Louboutin clutch and Lorraine Schwartz jewels completed look.

Blake Lively was seen filming scenes for ‘Gossip Girl’ yesterday on a very cold day in New York City.

She looked as stylish as ever wearing a Ralph Lauren Blue Label wool and patchwork wrap coat which was belted for chic polish.

The cozy coat was styled with luxe brown leather Ralph Lauren boots, brown leather gloves and a forest green chunky scarf.

A Bordeaux Louis Vuitton ‘Hazier’ bag completed the look.

‘Gossip Girl’ aired last night in the US and is due to hit UK screens very soon.

Kate Bosworth attended the 2011 Creative Coalition Spotlight Initiative Awards at TAO during the 2011 Sundance Film Festival in Park City, Utah yesterday.

This Dolce & Gabbana Spring 2011 romantic look was in stark contrast to her sexier Chloe dress which had worn over the weekend.

Kate manages to pull off this floral floaty floral dress ease.

I love how the look is improved with a brown belt.

Without it the dress may have seemed to overwhelm her petite frame.

Yesterday I attended the Georges Hobeika Spring 2011 Couture presentation.

I was invited backstage so decided to experience what life is like behind the scenes.

You’ll be surprised to learn that it’s wasn’t as hectic as you would imagine.

Everyone knows what they are doing, the models eat the catering provided and there aren’t any diva tantrums.

Whilst getting their hair and make-up done, the models all wore bathrobes with ‘Georges Hobeika’ is silver embroidery stitched on the back.

From hair and make-up the model move onto their dressers who are dwarfed by the Amazonian models.

Once changed into their second looks the models have plenty of time to pose for pictures and dance around to the music playing the background.

The most attention was paid to the finale model who wore the most elaborate gown I have ever seen up close.

She was pampered like a true bride.

It took a about 8 people to lower her into the stunning strapless tulle embellished gown.

When she had the gown on the room seemed to fall silent as everyone collectively sighed in admiration.

The collection was called “Maiden of the Deep” which explains the sea stone grey, lilac and beige colour palette and fossil-like shaped embellishments and details.

Im Soo Jung looked very chic at the press conference for her new movie “Come Rain Come Shine” in Seoul, South Korea last week.

She wore a Valentino Resort 2011 dress which has an interesting combination of a lace bodice and leather skirt with a black bow at the waist.

Im Soo Jung kept her make-up very simple and wore her hair back.

To complete her look she wore thick black tights and black patent lace up booties.

I really like the dress, especially the A-line skirt.

The tights aren’t so bad for a press conference, but I wish Im Soo Jung had breathed a bit more life into her look.
