Tu Jingwei in Badgley Mischka – Cosmo Women Of The Year Awards

Ever since I saw Arlenis Sosa walk the runway in this breath-taking Badgley Mischka Fall 2010 gown, I have been desperate to see it on the red carpet.

Awards season was my final hope, but Tu Jingwei wore it this week on the red carpet to the Cosmo Women Of The Year Awards in Beijing.

The sparkling ombre ruby asymmetrical gown was worn with silver heels and diamond earrings.

What a beautiful way to do justice to one of my favourite looks of the Fall 2010 season.

BDOTW is going to be crowded.

Fan Bingbing wore the same dress last year at the opening of Badgley Mischka flagship store in Shanghai.

Urgh this is beautiful it hurts. That dress is grogeous, and although I have been dying to see it on, Tu definitely makes it worth the wait! As always thankyou so much for another great week FC, and for posting asian looks, no one else ever does it, case in point those plagerist iditos (i rarely call anyone an ‘idiot’, not allowed in my hosue, but it is necessary here) from heat world.
She looks gorgeous, and really shows us what we coudl be missing without your blog, so thanks FC!

This dress is sensational and she styled it perfectly. I admit I prefer it on the model but that’s just coz she’s werqing it but Tu looks great as well.

The gown looks better on her than the model. Gorgeous.

The dress looks even more vibrant on Tu Jingwei. And it seems to hug her curves more than on the model. BTOW for sure.

I just wish she wasn’t holding it up awkwardly in the photo so that we could see how it hangs naturally.

It strange or maybe it is how the picture has been taken but the runway version looks of a different colour…

bit of a pity would have preferred some strappy heels…

Absolutely gorgeous. Love the color and all the details. It’s going to be difficult to vote for only one BDOTW.
