“Glee’s” Lea Michele participated in the “Funny Men and Women of Twentieth Century Fox Television” panel during the 2011 TCA Studio Day in LA this week.
She looked relaxed and adorable wearing a Zac Posen belted black dress.
Her black stretch-silk dress with a close-fitting top and a full pleated skirt has a fabulous silhouette.
She kept her look simple but interesting by adding striped Christian Louboutin Melita peep-toes to her dress.
A sleek updo and a silver bracelet completed her look.
Simple, effortless and not a hint of try hard. This is refreshing from Lea.

And thank heavens she has (hopefully permanently) dropped that agressive, desperate “come hither” demeanour that she so often displays on the red carpet. Not the biggest fan of the shoes (bit clunky for my liking) but the dress is gorgeous, particularly the neckline. It’s pretty and understated and gives her a gorgeous shape. Well played Lea.
I agree. A pop of color would have been nice from her nails.
Totally agree with you FC. Simple, yet elegant and tasteful. Bravo Lea!
Just gorgeous!
So refreshing. It’s young and flirty without being too “edgy” or “sexy.” It may not even get considered for BDOTW this week, but I applaud this effort because this isn’t the event where one should wear an edgy couture piece. Simple and classic is the attire, and Lea accomplished that.
i want this dress for myself soooo bad.
Lea looks lovely. It’s amazing how much weight she has lost since she started… I know she attributed to working long hours, not eating properly etc, but it never ceases to amaze me how much these girls have to change when they get famous…
So cute. I like her look.
lea looks so cute, but this is kind of reminding me of what diane agron wore recently…
she looks very elegant but I wish she had worn some other shoes, something with a pop of colour
Fantastic look for her, really flattering. I wish she always looked this relaxed and natural while on the red carpet.
she looks adorable, though the shoes are a little more casual than i’d like. i’m mostly just pleased to see her looking less skeletal, she was definitely looking like a bobblehead for a while there.
Hoping for the best for the Globes from her.
Very pretty and occasion appropriate.
very fresh and cute, but then I’m always a sucker for this silhouette.
