Leighton Meester made an appeared on ‘Live with Regis and Kelly’ yesterday in New York City.
The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress talked about her hometown – Florida, shooting scenes for ‘Gossip Girl’ in front of hundreds of fans and picking out her Golden Globes gown for Sunday night.
She said she’s still in the process of selecting a gown, so no word on who she’ll be wearing just yet.
Her Carven Spring 2011 dress was a quirky and interesting as we’ve come to expect from Leighton.
The black and white photographic printed 60s style dress with a Peter Pan collar was paired with red and white striped open-toe Ferragamo shoes.
This is why I love Leighton. Her shoe collection is always as varied and unpredictable as her dresses.
I love that Guillaume Henry’s Carven designs are getting a lot of love from celebrities at the moment.

Carven dresses usually look a bit too “serious” for me, but she’s managed to make this fun adding those fantastic shoes! I can’t wait to see her at the Golden Globes this Sunday (:
Sorry to be predictable but i adore it. I find he ralways so itneresting. She really does, as per usual, have the dopest pair of shoes on. They are so cute and unexpected, as is her dress. I believe that the enitre panel of fashion police must smoke crack, because I believe they actually voted her worst dressed of the year. I have unspeakable amounts of love for her. I cannot wait till she next wears missoni, or until her next appearance.
The fashion police must more love someone who can match the fashion standard of Hampton housewives.
Leighton is a risk-taker, she has misses sometime she dressed something not fit her body, but the worst dressed of the year—just another power game of Hollywood.
Fashion Police is a trashy show. It’s so unclassy for a show that praises class. It doesn’t make any sense.
And when I watch it, they make me wonder if they know anything about fashion.
