Michelle Williams In Nina Ricci & Wren – 2011 New York Film Critics Circle Awards

Michelle Williams looked chic on the red carpet whilst attending the 2011 New York Film Critics Circle Awards yesterday.

Her mix and match ensemble included a lace Nina Ricci top styled with a metallic Wren skirt.

Michelle accessorized with simple black Christian Louboutin ‘Bibi’ pumps and a Chanel ‘Camelia’ ring.

Her cropped hair is even shorter and isn’t as platinum as it was last year. I much prefer this softer shade.

As always Michelle applies minimal make-up to complete her simple yet beautiful look.

Cute and chic but boring. I would have loved light pink bow heels- or any shoe but black pumps.

      pink heels would’ve been divine.

Beautiful look but what is with her choosing high necklines lately? I’m getting kinda sick of them.

i was going to say the same thing. I’m tired of those necklines. They aren’t very flattering.

I agree – I think this look is very chic, but I’m not sure that it’s the best cut for her around the neck and shoulders.

Simple yet very posh. Love it.

I love michelle but i’m bored and i mean BORED with her simple chic look, i got her point and i get her but it’s time for her to take me out of her funeral and back to fab. I’m just hoping for a moment of when she wore that mustard vera dress at the oscar with heath.

I too long for the days of the mustard Vera.

I am not crazy about this on her at all. The top and skirt make her look thick in the middle. The high neckline isn’t doing her bust any favors and another pair of boring black pumps.

      I agree.

she can look cute but i feel i have seen this look on her many times already, and i sometimes feel like she is wearing her little sisters clothes.

I don’t think that Michelle has ever worn anything that I have liked. I really love this outfit. I can look over the shoe issue, but I think that Michelle could have made a more daring footwear choice.
I also wish that she woudl do a little more with her make-up.

Talk about someone who looks awkward!

Ties with Zoe for my fave look so far.

I also love the new hair colour. I never liked the platinum-y shade she had going on.

She looks like one of those bobble head Jesus’.
Well, with a much less flattering bust and a worse outfit.

Her constant parade of tea-length dresses is boring me to tears.
