Whilst most stars took to the red carpet for the 2011 People’s Choice Awards, Emmy Rossum was a guest on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” last night.
She’s dropped by to talk about her Showtime TV series, ‘Shameless’ which begins on January 9th.
The actress also talked about Coldplay and Jay-Z New Year’s Eve bash in Las Vegas and how she received a black eye from a drunken reveller.
Despite her bruises she looked elegant wearing a J. Mendel Spring 2011 two tone ensemble.
The orange silk top was paired with a deeper orange draped skirt which gave her a tiny defined waist.
I love the bright pop of colour with her dark colouring.
The pumps aren’t exciting but they work well with her look.
Orange appears to be the colour of the day.
Coomi gold earrings completed her look.

LOVE! I was wnting thi to beworn by my two favourtes Zoe saldana or Leighton meester, but Emmy has really stepped up. I adore the colour orange and I am so glad it is the colour of the day! The shoes aren’t awful, but the runway ones are to die for.
This is like a burst of sunshinee! I loooooveee it! And, yeah eventhough the shoes are a letdown, it really works really well with the dress!
