Red Carpet Fashion Awards

The next stop on “The Tourist” promotional tour for Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt was Rome.

When I saw this picture I assumed it was for the photocall, but Angelina was dressed for the premiere.

She opted for an all black – of course – look which included a Salvatore Ferragamo velvet blazer and super long satin pants.

Once again there is nothing – unfortunately – to get excited about here.

On the plus side Brad doesn’t look like a courier for once.

Chloe Moretz is the latest American teen actress to start making waves on the red carpet.

Known for her role as ‘Hit-Girl’ in the 2010 superhero film “Kick-Ass”, she’s also appeared in “(500) Days of Summer”, “Diary of a Wimpy Kid” and “Let Me In.”

She will not be slowing down in 2011 as she has many more films in the pipeline including “Kick-Ass 2: Balls to the Wall.”

Most 13 year olds are shopping at Topshop, Miss Selfridge or Forever21, but this young girl is wearing Chanel, Dior, Proenza Schouler and Stella McCartney.

Chloe looked very stylish in a candy striped Chanel Resort 2011 dress at the “British Academy Children’s Awards”.

She wore a checked satin and sequin Proenza Schouler Fall 2010 dress to the “Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows” Premiere.

Prior to that she wore a floral Christian Dior Spring 2010 dress at the “Dior Illustrated: René Gruau and the Line of Beauty” private viewing, and black lace Stella McCartney Resort 2011 dress to the “Let Me In” Premiere during the 2010 London Film Festival.

She styles her hair in a sweeping bob which plays up or plays down according to her look.

She gives us plenty of attitude on the red carpet without acting too much like a sulky teenager, so now we just have to shake her out of the tights and black heels phase and she will be able to crank up her fashion status another notch.

Jessica Alba looked absolutely adorable on the red carpet when she attended the “Little Fockers” LA Premiere last night.

She continues the winter white trend we’ve seen worn by Nicole Kidman, Angelina Jolie, Gwyneth Paltrow and Michelle Williams in recent weeks.

Her white feathered Valentino Fall 2010 dress is divine.

I love those cream ribbon bows which define the tiers on her strapless dress.

Her super straight bob adds to the sleek refreshing feel of this look.

Gold strappy Christian Louboutin Balota platform sandals were worn instead of the runway bow front heels, plus she carried a Christian Louboutin sash clutch.

Is this a worthy BDOTW candidate?

I was invited to take a look around Tory Burch’s new store in London yesterday.

The store is located on 149 New Bond Street, London right in the hub of all the other luxury stores.

The impressive store with two floors has a room dedicated VIP for the ultimate shopping experience. One room is decorated in Tory’s signature colour – orange.

Tory Burch designs each store differently, but they are all inspired by her own home.

The store is beautifully decorated with large mirrors, green carpets, white sofa’s, plum benches, Asian print vases and leopard-print curtains.

Actress Emma Stone attended the “Easy A” Premiere during the 2010 Toronto Film Festival wearing a Stella McCartney Resort 2011 dress.

Her structural one shouldercornflower blue dress was worn with a chic updo when she was still sporting red hair.

Navy peep-toes and flawless make-up completed her look.

Model Karlie Kloss wore the same dress when she attended the 2010 CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund Awards last month.

She added a touch of fun to her look by wearing fun shades whilst elongating her already long legs with nude heels.

Emma wins for me as I much prefer her heels.

You can buy Emma and Karlie’s dress from Browns Fashion.
