This is the second time I’ve been pleasantly surprised by the Carolina Herrera Spring 2011 collection off the runway.

The first time was by Camilla Belle, now Angie Harmon.

Angie was joined by Rosario Dawson at LA’s Pacific Design Center Silver Screen Theater earlier today to announce the 2011 Screen Actors Guild Award nominations.

She looked divine wearing a Carolina Herrera Spring 2011 colour-block dress with a lace yoke.

It’s a chic look. She totally working and owing this look.

Black pumps and loose ponytail completed her look.

This is will teach me not to write off a collection until it has been worn on the red carpet.

I was convinced I would dislike anyone wearing this collection.

Kimberley Walsh and Nicola Roberts attended “A Night Of Heroes: The Sun Military Awards” at the Imperial War Museum in London last night.

Kimberley wore a sexy black lace dress with nude Kurt Gieger pumps and a black clutch.

As always Nicola was a lot more daring.

She wore a leopard print Vivienne Westwood Red Label corset dress from the designers Spring 2011 collection.

The honey coloured dress, red hair and bold red lips might not sit well with some, but I think she looks awesome.

Nicole never bores me which is why I will always admire her.

Christian Louboutin Archidisco 120 T-bar sandals complemented her look.

Rumer Willis will be appearing in Badgley Mischka’s Spring 2011 ad campaign.

Mark Badgley and James Mischka, stated, “We adore Rumer, she is glamorous, youthful and fun. Rumer captures the spirit of all of our spring collections, especially our newly launched Mark + James collection.”

The campaign was recently shot by fashion photographer Tony Duran in Malibu.

Rumer will be featured in all of the brand’s lifestyle collections including couture evening wear, the younger Mark & James collection, as well as footwear, handbags, jewelry and swimwear.

The campaign will debut in the March issue of fashion and lifestyle magazines such as, Vogue, InStyle, Harper’s Bazaar.

The dress she’s wearing above was recently worn by Katy Perry at the 2010 American Music Awards.

Florence Welch of ‘Florence and the Machine’ was in New York City last night performing at SPIN Magazine’s ’2010 Year in Music’ party at Don Hill’s.

The British singer has been really upping her game when to comes to performance looks ranging from Elie Saab to Chanel to this gorgeous Richard Nicoll pleated crepe de chine dress from the Spring 2011 collection.

Her pleated mini nude dress has a cape-like detail falling from her shoulders plus a peachy patent neckline and waistband. This was the perfect look for her dramatic performance.

Florence isn’t all about the voice when she performs. She often picks looks that will give her plenty of movement and help fill the stage which is why they all have capes or voluminous sleeves.

Like the model she paired her dress with nude shoes, but Florence opted for suede pumps over peep-toes.

I’ve wanted to do this post for a long time, but I thought it best to save my favourite Style Spotlight star for the last one of the year.

Kate Lanphear is the Style Director at Elle US.

She’s a fashion icon because I don’t know anyone who can wear so much black yet never look boring. Maybe she should be dressing Angelina Jolie.

I always look out for her during fashion week and so do the style bloggers. They love her as much as their Queen Anna Dello Russo.

She’s always immaculately dress with kick ass accessories which pull everything together so well.
