Katie Holmes, Josh Duhamel, and Blair Underwood were up early this morning to announce the 2011 Golden Globe Awards nominations at the Beverly Hilton in LA.
I’m very jealous that Katie is in the presence of two sexy Hollywood actors.
For once I didn’t get a sense that Katie had aged herself with this look.
She wore an ivory Azzaro knitted dress paired with on trend nude Jimmy Choo ‘Lilac’ pumps.
Her ivory and navy striped dress has short puffball style sleeves, a square neckline and a pleated skirt.
For the first time in a long time Katie gives us a chic and stylish look.

I like the dress and perhaps the reason why she looks decent is because Tom is out of town and therefore she didnt need his ‘approval’.

Wow. I haven’t seen her looking that good in a long time. Probably because she finally can wear real heels and not those kitten ones.

pretty, but while it’s a HUGE improvement on recent looks, I’m not sure it’s that great a look in its own right – maybe a little bland? Coloured heels would have been lovely.
the dress is cute enough, but it’s the hair that really makes her look youthful and fresh; for once her hair looks like it’s actually been washed and styled.
I am not impressed. It looks like something that she would wear to take Suri to breakfast at IHOP. It’s cute, but I would have liked to have seen her in something chic.
