Christina Ricci always makes me take notice when she’s on the red carpet.
A lot of critics slammed Zac Posen’s Spring 2011 collection, but I absolutely loved it.
Christina looked amazing wearing a Zac Posen ombre and lace halter dress to the 2010 New York Stage And Film Winter Gala this week.
She totally works this look with her sexy pose, sultry smoky eyes and perfect pout.
Even with those played out YSL Tribtoo patent leather pumps she still gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

This has been a great week already! I’ve always love Christina’s style, and this is another standout look! For me, definitely BDOTW worthy.

Wow!! She gets extra thumbs-up when you look THIS good in a dress that appears to be so difficult to pull off!! Despite adoring her here, I have to say the runway styling of this look was spectacular!!

The dress seems to sit much lower than on the model – or that just might be the lack of the jacket. Either way – I have issues with it.
Other than that – it’s a superb look.
I have to agree with you – the top sits too low, the proportions don’t seem exactly right; but still, as you say, a great look, just not 100%

I am fine with Trib Toos for average women on the street and for work (like business meetings, job interviews…etc.) but in the fashion world, they need to go. Maybe in five years when this It shoe is replaced by another It shoe, Trib Toos can be free again.
I dont understand how critics would have talked bad about this dress….it looks stunning on her…and I would actually wear this dress myself…
She looks great.. although a lots critics she had, I always believe she doesn’t really care about that.. she always looks confident..

Christina is way to underrated when it comes to the red carpet. she almost always looks great and is always daring. and this is even more amazing when you realize shes working looks made for people almost 2 ft taller than her!

I’m not sure if i like this look or not.
I loved this look but then I scrolled down and saw those darn shoes. They’re not only sort of ugly, but what’s more important they make her legs short and fat. Such a shame.
Some strappy sandals would have been better. But I can overlook the shoe choice when Christina looks this good. And, I love the dress on her.
