Rachel Bilson looked adorable when she walked the red carpet at Spike TV’s “2010 Video Game Awards” in LA this weekend.
For once I can say I love this look from hair-to-toe.
Rachel’s usual messy tresses have been smoothed out with a few gentle waves at the tips.
Her Christian Dior Spring 2010 baby blue ruffled dress has been modified from the runway as her version has a cream lining.
I’m not usually a fan of all modificated looks, but I really love Rachel version. It’s sexy without being too obvious and revealing.
Nude pumps haters look away now because Rachel paired her dress with nude Brian Atwood “Donna” heels.

Cute.
Good look for Rachel but not BDOTW. Nooo.
LOVE. She looks SO much better, and nicer, when she sorts her hari (and maquillage) out. I love the dress, I like these shoes (much better than the maniac pumps), they go with the look she is going for. Finally!
I also love this look from hair to toe. She’s absolutely perfect. Those nude Donna pumps are AMAZING. I’m not a huge fan of them in black, but in nude… oh so cute!
It pains me to say this but she does look nice.
I hate giving credit to stars I dont like
L-O-V-E this look!!! This is a modified look done right! She looks demure and sexy at the same time!
Agreed.
i was loving it til i saw the brian atwood shoes! i really do hate his shoes and again they make this look seem heavy and weighed down.
she looks like kylie in that picture.
It’s a cute look, I like it.
She looks lovely. I hope this doesn’t sound pedantic but the dress wasn’t modified, dresses on the runway never are shown with the lining. It’s a lovely dress and she looks good in it.
I prefer the modified version of this dress and the nude pumps are definitely a better choice – blue pop socks and blue shoes would’ve been total overkill – what looks good on a runway doesn’t always translate to the red carpet.
i love the fit of this dress. looks great and the shoes work for me as they mirror the lining. definitely a contender!
J’adore!!!! How cute
She looks adorable! Dress is amazing, and as much as it pains me to say nude pumps kinf of work well together with the lining. And Donna pumps are much better than Maniac. But I would still prefer some baby blue satin strappy sandals or suede peep-toes with ankle straps.
I DO think this is BDOTW worthy. It is all done right, and the fit on her is just perfect. The dress looks more alive, better cut, more interesting on her than on the runway. I think the nude pumps in this case do exactly what they are supposed to, which is to blend perfectly into the leg so that the shoes are a non-issue and don’t draw any attention at all away from the dress. This is really very different than the brown hoof look that a lot of so-called nude pumps result in.
*modified (not modificated)
Very cute.
This look is very Rachel-feminine. I love it, and the modifications actually look better than the runway version.
I love this look from head to toe. I think the nude pumps are perfect!
although rachel looks good in this dress, if you guys could recall, she wore something similar, the beige Chanel dress? don’t they look the same? i’d say that i admire rachel more for her casual style.
When I first saw Rachel in this dress, I thought of Leighton Meester in the blue Elie Saab: similar colors, the ruffles, sparking details and both girls are brunettes haha.
But I love this dress and look on Rachel (I loved Leighton’s too, just saying). She looks very pretty. The dress/look is pretty, fun, sassy, flirty and a bit sexy like you said. I don’t mind the shoes
As of right now, I would say a BDOTW contender.
Very chic and cute! Love both version!
Love this look. Totally captures the best of Rachel’s cute style.
This Dior dress is so cute. Both versions.
my BDOTW!
