No one should be surprised to see Alexa Chung wearing Chanel to the 2010 British Fashion Awards.
The TV presenter may dabble in a bit of Valentino here and a bit of young British fashion designer there, but for the big events she always goes opts for Uncle Karl.
From the chin down I really like this look – you guys know I can’t get on board with hair. At this point I’m struggling to decide if she’s sporting an ombre hairstyle or her hair is just super greasy.
Her pink Chanel Spring 2011 dress has a whimsical playful feel. I especially love the light feathered details sprouting from the embellishments.
Alexa carried a Chanel purse and accessorized the rest of her look with polka dot tights and strappy platform heels.

This is one of those times I really like Alexa Chung’s look – she can be a good match with Chanel….
This woman has the uncanny ability to make anything expensive look cheap. That dress is so pretty. I am not feeling the tights or the ugly clunky shoes. Then to top all of that off with that heinous hair.
She is just perpetually unkempt-looking.
I agree about the tights,the shoes and the hair. They are all UGLY!
I find Alexa Chung overrated. Like Kristen Stewart, she ruins Chanel and other designers by her ‘I just put it on’ approach. NO.

With access to some of the most beautiful garments in the world, she still manages to look “less than”.
I think Alexa looks really cute. She always looks young, modern and fun. Always very age appropriate and this Chanel is fabulous on her.

The only good thing about this look is the dress. The tights/shoes/make-up/hair/everything else ruin this look..
Ive said it before and Ill say it again, why are designers lending her clothes when her aim is to ruin their brand?
I like the dress. The hair is bad. I don’t mind the tights but the shoes are too clunky especially for her skinny legs.
How is one woman able to kill every expensive brand she wears, is beyond me. Alexa Chung – she will make your beautiful expensive clothes look cheap and old. YUP!!

She should just dye her hair in one colour – it’d look so much more chic… But I suppose she’s going for the “grungy” look?
