There have been so many major red carpet events in London, Paris and LA this week full of breath-taking dramatic gowns.
In New York Michelle Williams and Kate Winslet attended a low key private screening of “Blue Valentine” which was held at the Tribeca Hotel, New York.
Michelle is still sporting that ultra white blonde hair, which is starting to lose its original charm.
She wore a Balenciaga dress which isn’t particulary flattering around the tummy area.
I do however love her Tabitha Simmons strappy sandals.
Kate Winslet opted for a more casual look.
The host of the evening wore a black Tory Burch blazer, black pants and riding boots.
She looks like she’s on her way to the stables, not a movie screening.

FC, you are so diplomatic! I would say Michelle looks absolutely horrific from the shoulders up. It is a little difficult to even recognize her. And Kate, usually the vision of understated elegance is just – well – to be diplomatic, just understated.
Michelle’s hair is really bad. I know she is currently filming about Marilyn Manroe but the colour looks absolutely horrendous. Completely take everything away from her look.
I would take Kate’s look over Michelle’s look any day.
Is it just me or does Kate Winslet look preggers…
Don’t like either of the looks. Michelle’s is too loose. And Kate is just all sorts of wrong. Don’t like either, but I dislike Michelle’s the least.
They both look terrible in those unflattering outfits. And, Kate Winslet looks pregnant. Is she having a baby?
Out of all of the dresses that these women have access to, why would they chose these monstrosities.
