Yesterday the gorgeous Eva Mendes was at West Hollywood’s London Hotel to announce the nominees for the 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards.
In keeping with the informal dress code for this ceremony, Eva wore a floral print Peter Som Fall 2010 wide-legged jumpsuit with a black sash tied to the waist.
The winter floral jumpsuit is gorgeous.
It very much suits the ‘new’ Eva who is always running away from that sexy image of hers – don’t fight what god gave you girl.
The 2011 Film Independent Spirit Awards takes place on Saturday, February 26th 2011 which is the day before the Oscars which is always double duty for me that weekend – well triple if you count the Vanity Fair Party.

I love how Eva is switching things up. Of course I am a big fan so maybe I am a bit biased. But I could never understand why some think she is boring. Maybe she doesn’t do “edgy” but that’s OK with me when she looks this fresh.
