Liv Tyler was the first to wear this Chanel Fall 2010 jumpsuit when she attended the re-opening of the Chanel Soho boutique in New York City during New York Fashion Week.

She wore the black version with a Chanel purse and funky two-tone brogues.

Chloe Sevigny wore the runway black and white version to the “The Artist’s Museum Happening” MOCA Los Angeles Gala earlier this month with Chanel jewels.

Both managed to look cool and sexy in this masculine look as both versions work for their styles.

I’m not a fan of brogues, but I love them with Liv’s look so she wins for me.

I wasn’t crazy about Chloe tucking in her white pants into her black ankle boots.

So Cheryl Cole, do we have to fall out before you start wearing clothes I like?

Tonight on the X Factor Cheryl wore one of my favourite looks from Gianfranco Ferré’s Fall 2010 collection.

The elegant gold gown carries on the golden girl theme from Saturday nights show.

Her shimmering jersey gown with a beaded bodice and front panel was absolutely gorgeous.

This now becomes my favourite look from her this season.

It looks better on Cheryl than it does on the model as it’s more fitted around Cheryl’s waist.

She’s really had a great weekend style-wise. Let’s pray she keeps it up.

Brown suede Christian Louboutin heels and di Grisogono jewels completed her look.

On the X Factor tonight Dannii Minogue let her hair down after a few weeks of sporting elegant updo’s.

As you know I’m not really a fan of her ombre hair and tonight her hairstyle made her look like medusa.

She arrived on stage wearing a black Halston Spring 2011 plunging halter gown with a draped skirt.

The sleek black dress was accented with a gold waistband and a red HIV Awareness pin.

I loved everything about this look excluding the hair.

Dannii accessorized with Talisman Gallery earrings and Charlotte Olympia heels.

For the second week in a row we are in total agreement for our Best Dressed of the Week.

Lin Chiling was a vision of perfection as she arrived on the red carpet at the 47th Golden Horse Film Awards wearing a beautiful Valentino gown.

The singer/actress really brought the gown to life with her style, elegance and grace.

A well worthy BDOTW winner.

I haven’t changed my mind with regards how I feel about Cheryl Cole from last week, but will always give credit where it is due.

On last nights X Factor she looked the best she’s ever looked all season.

It not quite in the realm of the Atelier Versace and Stéphane Rolland looks she spoilt us with last season, but it’s a step up from the boring samey, unflattering and uninspired looks she’s given us over the past few weeks.

She stepped onto the stage wearing an Emilio Pucci Fall 2010 dress which we’ve seen a hundred times before – well actually 4 times before. Twice in gold and one a piece in black and white.

The one-sleeved gold sequined mini dress really dazzled under the studio lights.

I was also very impressed with her new cut and colour.

That brazen hussy red colour has been replaced by a more demure chestnut colour and the WAG-eqse extensions had been replaced by a shorter classier ‘do which probably had some tracks for body.

Overall this was 10 out of 10 on all fronts from me. It took her 8 weeks, but she finally got there.

If you’ve been wondering why Cheryl always salutes when she’s introduced to the audience, it’s because she mimicking Simon as that’s what he did during ‘American Idol’.
