Jennifer Lopez and hubby Marc Anthony were at The London in West Hollywood yesterday to promote the launch of their lifestyle brand for Kohl’s Department Stores.
The Lopez/Anthony/Kohl’s collaboration marks an industry first with this being the first celebrity couple to simultaneously design collections for a single retailer.
Jennifer’s collection will include sportswear, dresses, handbags, jewelry, shoes and sleepwear. Marc’s will have sportswear, dress shirts, neckwear, accessories, suit separates, sport coats and shoes.
Jennifer looked super sexy – as always – wearing a Gucci Fall 2010 dress.
Her putty Gucci crepe-jersey dress has an asymmetrical cut-out back and a metallic-gold leather belt at the waist.
She teamed her fitted dress with python Gucci sandals.
As much as I like the dress on Jennifer, I would’ve stopped accessorizing with the bracelets on the right wrist.
Last night at The Pierre Hotel in New York City, Alber Elbaz presented his Lanvin for H&M Haute Couture show.
Celebrities like Emma Roberts – who cheekily wore a Topshop tail bandeau dress with a Hermes belt, a Miriam Haskell ring and a Kotur clutch – Sofia Coppola, Andie McDowell and Elettra Wiedemann wearing Lanvin for H&M tulle dress watched the couture fashion show from their front row seats.
Just to remind you the Lanvin for H&M collection has 2 launch dates.
It will be launched in the US and Canada on November 20, and the rest of the world will have to wait 3 more agonizing days when the collection launches on November 23.
Purseblog.com has written a cute guide with some handy tips on how to get your hands on the Lanvin for H&M collection.
The celebrity guests and editors got to see the haute couture creations, which were customized pieces from the Lanvin for H&M collection as they made their way down the runway on famed models Asia Chow, Pixie Geldof, Dree Hemingway, Olga and Anna Dello Russo.
Despite being able to afford the mainline, Anna is just as excited as us when it comes to the Lanvin for H&M collection. She recently showcased the whole collection on her blog.

Pieces of the haute couture show along with five original signed sketches from Alber Elbaz went up for auction on www.lanvinforhm.com.
All proceeds from the auction will be donated to UNICEF, as part of H&M’s “All for Children” project. The online auction will end on 26th November at midnight CET.
