E! News host and reality TV star Giuliana Rancic wore a Jean Fares Couture dress whilst appearing on The Fashion Police back in October.
Her silver sequin one shoulder mini dress with a diagonal pattern was worn with nude pumps, a gold watch and bracelet.
Former American Idol judge Paula Abdul attended the InterContinental Make-A-Wish Ball earlier this month in Miami wearing the same dress.
Paula matched both her shoes and her clutch to her dress to complete her look.
I much prefer Giuliana in this dress. I prefer the longer length, plus I think Paula OD’ed on matching everything to her dress making the look very static and harsh.

Paula, by a long mile. The other woman doesn’t even fill the dress. She looks like a stick .
It’s a tie for me. Paula fills out the dress better but I like Guillana’s accesories much more.
Hard choice — I like the length and accessories that Giuliana picked, but Paula’s dark hair looks just amazing with the dress.
I do prefer Paula’s length, but I do love what Giuliana’s body does for the dress.
So I am going with neither.

Paula, of cours looks so much better! The dress fits Paula so much better with her curves – Guilianna is all bones, she looks like she needs a good meal!! And Paula’s more beautiful than Guilianna so that makes Paula a winner!!!

Paula is sooooooooooo much better in that dress, she has a GREAT body and really really great legs and to not forget she is beautiful, so the choice is not hard for me at all paula is much better.
i do nto consider myself to be influenced by other things when considering fashion, but I had to go for Paula, because Giuliana is really becomign grating on E!’s fashion police. I also ahte the nude pumps, especailly as they clash with her skin colour.

Giuliana is a stick insect with weird legs, no figure, nothing. She looks like a stick duck taped around in that dress.
Paula it fits her body type beyter I love hoe it hugs her curves and her skin colo, and hair color is nice and dark. The other lady is to just one shape no curve to her and I hate those shoes, plus they look to big for her. I think paula should have choose a different purse but my vote is for paula
I don’t care for the dress, but agree that Paula has too much silver going on. I find it funny that the nude panel on the dress doesn’t match either girl’s skin tone. I guess designers are going to have to start using spray tan orange illusion netting from now on.
I am going have to disagree. Paula’s curves look waaay better in the dress than Giuliana who has no curves.
I don’t mind that Paula matched everything. I kind of like it, but I am a complete sparkle girl.
I think Paula look better, it’s just that Giuliana doesn’t really fit the dress, she has no clevage or butt. It falls loose on her. It was FANTASTIC on Paula, it fits like a glave. She was made for this dress. =D <3

Giuliana looks much better in this dress. I think the dress is too short on Paula. Almost on the verge of being not age appropriate on Paula. It’s also an unfair advantage for Giuliana being that Paula is 5 ft tall vs. 5’9″ Giuliana.

They both look good in the dress. Guiliana looks very classy and elegant and Paula looks sexy in her dress. They were both trying for different things. One is longer and the other one is shorter.

Paula by a mile. Look at those curves vs the match stick figure. But.. paula’s skirt ends with the nude material, which is weird. Should end with the silver material like the match stick girl
