As you know from Cannes Film Festival, Fan Bing Bing is one of the many beautiful spokespersons for L’Oreal Paris.
The Asian actress fulfilled her duties recently by attending an event to launch a new cosmetic product.
She graced the stage wearing a Bottega Veneta Fall 2010 dress.
This Bottega Veneta pink gown has a straight neckline with broad shoulder straps and asymmetrical detailing.
The movement of the gown creates a breathtaking look which enhances her feminine beauty.
My only wish is that she kept the runway waistband.
If you’re thinking, “hasn’t Fan Bing Bing already worn this dress?” you’d be half right because she wore a very similar dress from the same collection to the 2010 Elle China Style Awards earlier this year.

Even though I love Fan, seriously, I don’t like this. It is engulfing her. It is a tad boring and just meh. Not BDOTW. I love her flowing hair, but that is the only thing I like about this look. I would have loved ehr to wear Valentino again.
I love her hair, but yes its a tad big and the dress is wearing her instead. I love the color against her skin, but I agree about the belt. She should have kept it.
She always looks amazing, and I am so glad that L’Oreal have chosen such a beautiful and graceful spokesperson. I love the dress, this is a very different look from her, as it does not hae that regal quality she so often has, but I really like the new look she has brought. I love that she got rid of the black piping, but yes, the belt is needed.
Thankyou for posting this, it i sbeautiful and realy an attribute to your amazing skills as a red carpet fashion blogger.
Are r too sweet xxx
Why do I think that she is hiding a small child under her dress? Still she looks beautiful but also would have preferred the belt.
i was liking it til i saw she strapped bricks to her feet.
Sweet heavens, that’s one stunning dress.
But on Bing, it does nothing for me.
I only like her hair and makeup. The dress does nothing for her and this is disappointing as she is usual fabulous.
Beautiful!!! We hardly ever see her with her hair down and it looks really nice here, I also love the color of the dress on her
Without the waistband the dress falls flat. I guess Fan took a break from all those fabulous appearances she’s given us.
It looks more like her bed sheet than a dress.
She needed the belt DESPERATELY – it swims on her. And those black clomper shoes? not a fan. Hair looks amazing..
I don’t like this on her. I am used to seeing her polished, and this looks sloppy. The hair should have been pulled back, and the shoes are just clunky.
I love Fan Bing Bing, and think she’s darlingly gorgeous, however, I fail to like what she is wearing. Maybe it’s because of the color. I do like the runway version of the dress though.
Hate it. She looks like a child playing dress up with a bed sheet.
This is the first time I see a bad look from her, she looks sloppy, the dress fits her so bad, a belt was necessary,I dislike her platform sandals.
ditto
I agree with the general consensus, the dress is just too big and it swamps her tiny person. Still, everyone has off days – I’m sure she’ll be gorgeous again next time we see her.
the color is not so strong
