Anne Hathaway and Jake Gyllenhaal arrived in London last week, and I was eagerly awaiting the London Premiere of their new movie, “Love & Other Drugs.”
But during that time they’ve returned to the US for the New York Premiere. I’ll guess we’ll have to await their return.
Anne Hathaway did what she does best on the red carpet – glow with gorgeousity.
She wore a delightful Valentino Fall 2010 dress.
The adorable floral print dress with a tiered silhouette is perfect for someone as sugary sweet as Anne, although I had pictured Dakota Fanning in this dress.
I love how she’s tied the sheer bow to one side whilst sweeping her hair over the other.
The nude accessories including a Jimmy Choo Chandra clutch perfectly complement the look and I’m over the moon that she didn’t wear pumps.
As with most posts on Anne I would like to end by saying this is a BDOTW contender for me.

Not a fan of the way she’s tied the scarf but she looks beautiful. The shoes and clutch are also great. I also really like the shoes on the model.
Its almost impossible for an outfit to looks better on someone else than Freja on the runway, but Anne stole this look from her, hands down.
Love the romantic hair, soft makeup, great clutch and shoes, and the way she positioned the bow, wayy better than runway.

Perfection, I so love her! But honestly they couldn’t find a better place for her to pose?! The plastic sheet and paint? splatter on the ground?! So not thought through…
I’m probably in the minority in that I’m not generally an Anne Hathaway fan, but I must say she looks fantastic here. I’m also *thrilled* with the shoe choice (no pumps!!) and the dress, styling, hair, makeup… everything are all perfection! Lovely.
Awesome. Not an expected premiere dress but that’s what makes it so beautiful. Anne pulls it off so well. For someone who’s style I’m not all that fond of, Rachel Zoe sure does a good job with her clients, particularly Anne.

BDOTW contender for sure! I’m typically not too crazy about Valentino, but Anne really made it work and brought sophistication to the dress. I feel I’m looking at a beautiful, smart and elegant woman rather than a 2D, expensive and well-kept one. Now I want that dress.
Anne Hathaway is a Rachel Zoe puppet. Anyone remember just a few years ago how horrible her style was? Now that she works with Rachel Zoe, people are raving about her style. I don’t get the sense that she’s innately stylish like a Cate Blanchett. It all seems contrived to me. I liked her 2009 Oscar dress.

I get such a Christmas feel about this. And it also looks costume-y. Like for a Christmas musical from the 60s, I can picture Ann Margret or Nancy Sinatra singing Santa Baby in it.
