Gwen Stefani arrived with her husband Gavin Rossdale on the red carpet for MOCA’s Annual Gala “The Artist’s Museum Happening”, in LA this weekend.
She opted to shorten her Chanel Pre-Fall 2010 dress from the Paris-Shanghai Collection.
The singer made the right choice by shortened her black embroidered dress, because the runway version may have been a tad matronly on her.
Chanel Fine jewelry and black accessories complete her look.
This isn’t my favourite look for Gwen, but I adore the embellished neckline.

I like this on Gwen. I’m glad she shortened this it works for her.
Ditto
I wouldn’t have minded the longer length because I really hate the tights especially in 20 dernier- either make it 50 or 7 not this in between old lady dernier-far to ’80′s
Like the dress a lot for Gwen. The tights are the problem for me.
The shorter length kills the dress. It just looks so much worse.
I think Gwen looks great. I also think the longer version would have look fabulous on Gwen. Tights and LA do not go together but then this is Gwen. She can wear anything and make it her own.
The dress works better as a gown but this dress is fine, just the tights I cant get on board with
I think that Gwen can pull off either short or long. It looks good on her, and I love that she chose a fall dress.
I doesn’t look like Gwen at all. But I like the dress..
Maybe she’s trying something new.. Let’s see how it goes..
i love it but would’ve looked phenomenal if she had worn the runway version
Great look!
