Most Fun Award
Katy Perry can always be relied upon to add a fun element to the red carpet.
At the 2010 MTV EMAs in Madrid tonight, she did just that by wearing a Jeremy Scott Spring 2011 “Admit One” statement dress.
Katy paired her red and black sequined dress – which looked like a old school ticket stub – with blue Sergio Rossi slingbacks.
Cute, sexy and fun. We expect nothing less from Katy.

See, this is what any awards show with “MTV” in its title should be about: having fun and being young. Last year, there were WAY too many high fashion looks for this show. This dress is exactly the right dress for Katy and this awards show.
The blue heels are a bit too stark of a contrast in color for me.
I personally loved this, it was really great!
The only thing I’d change is the ponytail (or at least style it differently), the way it moved was rather creepy!

I am glad she went. So much has gone wrong for her lately that she deserves something nice to happen.
Her hair and makeup is stunning. Thank god she got rid of those blue and purple streaks in her hair. Here she looks a thousand times better at for example the VMAs 2 months ago.

Katy is always in wacky ensembles so I guess this suits her.

the blue shoes were wrong.. the ponytail was weird but god oh god, it was perfect for MTV awards.. what is life without a little fun and a fashion faux pas along the way…

I think this is a perfect look, considering the event, it’s MTV, not Cannes Film Festival!
I didn’t like the way she dressed for her performance ( just one word: ridiculous) and to receive an award (best video? Was the jury drunk when they decided?). To me EMA’s are becoming every year more boring and predictable.
I LOVE the combination of red and blue on the red carpet. I really like this look despite it being worn by Katy.

Considering the event and who’s wearing it, the dress is perfect. I love it on her.
If it were a sparkly t-shirt, I would wear it with a pair of skinny jeans and classic Converse.
