Olivia Palermo attended the 14th Annual ACE Awards presented by the Accessories Council at Cipriani in New York City last night.
The well-dressed star wore her 2nd Giambattista Valli look in a row since returning from Paris Fashion Week.
On this occasion she wore a Giambattista Valli Fall 2010 look.
Her graphic-print silk dress with a drop waist has a gorgeous layered tulle feather-effect skirt.
I’m glad she opted out of the belt the model wore, as the dress hangs better without it.
I’m also dying for her accessories which included a Judith Leiber clutch.
Her shoes are amazing. It would’ve have been easy to opt for black pumps, but she paired her cute dress with bright blue Cesare Paciotti heels with a funky yellow trim.

The outfit is gorgeous, I’m totally in love with the shoes, too. I prefer her look to the model’s. ^_^
Love love love Olivia! And I would kill for those shoes!
Ahh this girl accessorizes to perfection. I am green with envy of her and how she wears clothes. Uber stylish!
I agree, she has a brilliant eye for accessories. I don’t always love the clothes she chooses (though I do here!), but the accessories always turn them into great outfits.
Absolutely stunning. I think it works better without the belt.
the shoes are crazy amazing, but they don’t work with this dress, for me. none of her accessories do, bar the clutch
I love her because she’s always impeccable and she always wow us with her accessories.. actually the accessories made this look, totally wonderful! Love it.
I like this. I am glad she didn’t wear black pumps.
I echo all the love – a perfect dance from the dress to the accessories, and then down to the shoes….love it all without qualification!
alway mixing things up which i love. but for this ensemble, i wouldve actually liked the belt as th shirt looks kinda big and boxy on her =S
Its very Chanel like isnt it.
I do like the shoes but I still dont see her as a credible fashion icon
BDOTW worhty. I don’t think she has a stylist. I respect people more when they don’t have one. Olivia is a crafty dresser!
She doesnt have a stylist. I so agree with you.
I loved her look last week too!
Pretty. The only thing I don’t like is the bracelet. It’s a little too much for the look. But other than that, this is a fab look.
her shoes lend such a great touch to this outfit! I love the dress without the belt!

marian.
I want the belt back–it would give the dress a better shape. I agree about the bracelet–too much.
I live for such a perfect woman
i ADORE those shoes!!
I love Olivia’s style. However, I find that the dress makes her look boxy, and the necklace wasn’t needed. Other than that, she looks amazing as usual.
*Drool* Love everything from the color combinations to the skirt. BDOTW nominee, in my opinion.
I absolutely love it.
So refreshing.. I truly believe all acessories work well specially the shoes.
Finally.. I think they are checking our comments.. because it looks like she heard our complaints. hehe
I do not like it when beautiful details of a Valli dress are obscured. On the model, I adore the gorgeous sheer gathers at the neckline. Olivia’s styling ruins that. I like her clutch, shoes, and no tights but from the waist up, not so much.
Where are those incredible shoes from?
they are from Cesare Paciotti
