Jennifer Connelly In Balenciaga – 27th Annual Night Of Stars

When I saw the Balenciaga Spring 2011 presentation I was intrigued to see if their brand ambassador Jennifer Connelly would wear any of the looks.

This is because she seems to have skipped both the Fall 2010 collection and the Resort 2011 collection.

Last night at the 27th Annual Night Of Stars event in New York City Jennifer did wear a Balenciaga Spring 2011 dress, but from the looks of it she wasn’t really feeling it.

She arrived wearing an asymmetrical Balenciaga Spring 2011 print dress with a leather grommet panel and a white asymmetrical top as it was presented on the runway.

It looks like she decided to take off the white top halfway down the red carpet to improve her look.

I’m glad someone with sense suggested she remove it. I bet it was Anna Wintour who also attended this event.

She looks much better without the white piece which just goes to prove the point that a lot of you make, which is it’s not always a good idea to be a slave to the runway styling.

Michelle Monaghan In Versace – “Due Date” LA Premiere

This is how you work a Versace dress.

I hope you are taking notes January Jones.

Michelle Monaghan looked amazing wearing this red hot Versace Spring 2011 dress on the red carpet last night for the “Due Date” LA Premiere.

She has what January often lacks when wearing Versace: Attitude, sex appeal and confidence in what she’s wearing. All this things are vital in order to pull off a Versace dress.

Her mini dress with clear panels on the shoulders and waist has been shortened from the runway to take it from at photocall look to a red carpet look.

Lord knows how but Michelle will find herself a place on the BDOTW poll.

Nude Christian Louboutin pigalles heels and a sexy “yes I know I look good” smile completes this fabu look.

Ciara In Jasmine di Milo – Lord & Taylor “Ultimate Face-Lift” Celebration

R&B singer Ciara helped Lord & Taylor unveil their new look 5th Avenue store at their ‘Ultimate Face-Lift’ event held in New York City this week.

Part of the proceeds from the week-long celebration will go to VH1′s Save The Music Foundation, which is a cause Ciara has supported in the past.

She wore a sexy yet understated Jasmine di Milo Fall 2010 dress.

This dress is from the designers last ever collection, so Ciara helped her go out with a bang.

Only Ciara could pull of this tie front dress, because she has abs of steel and a body to-die-for.

As usual her hair and make-up is flawless.

Prada leopard print heels completes this gorgeous look.

Who Wore Louis Vuitton Better? Milla Jovovich or Gong Li

Milla Jovovich attended the “The Exodus – Burnt By The Sun” Premiere at the Palais des Festivals during Cannes Film Festival earlier this year.

The actress wore a Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 strapless gown with a rise and fall hem which was paired with satin Sergio Rossi pumps.

Gong Li wore the same dress to the Tiffany & Co. Blue Book jewelry promotion in Beijing last week.

LeeAnn informed me that the strapless dress never went into production, and it’s Gong dress which actually appears in the Louis Vuitton stores.

So it comes down to which do you prefer the runway version or the commercial version.

I’m not crazy about the dress, but Milla wins for me because the gown doesn’t need all that jewelery.

Keira Knightley In Valentino – “Last Night” Rome Film Festival Opening Ceremony Premiere

Like Eva, Keira Knightley’s red carpet moment was ruined tonight by protesters during the 2010 Rome Film Festival, but we still get to see her gown.

You can never accuse Keira of being boring.

Just when you were picking your favourite Chanel dresses from Style.com for her to wear at this opening ceremony premiere, she totally switches things up.

Instead she opted of a Valentino tulle gown from the Spring 2011 collection.

The gown is so heavenly and dream-like I bet Keira would’ve looked like an angel gliding down the red carpet.

Hopefully we get better pictures at some point, but I can tell even from this side picture that she looks amazing.
