Hands up if you are shocked.

Shocked that AnnaLynne McCord is not wearing a mini dress, an LBD or a bandage dress.

I think this has to be the first time the “90210″ actress has been so covered up.

At the “50 & Fabulous: Celebrating 50 Years of Women’s Advances Since The Pill Event” in New York City this week, she opted for a more sophisticated less predictable look.

She wore an Alice + Olivia silver brocade blazer with a white shirt and black skinny pants.

Her look was paired with bright pink Christian Louboutin Mille Cordes pumps which she also owns in gold.

This is a refreshing change, but I’m guessing it was a one-off.

I bet she’ll be back to her trademark minis next time out. I would too if I had her body.

Nicole Richie arrived at the 2010 CFDA Vogue Fashion Fund Finalists Celebration sporting a shorter, lighter hairdo.

The mother-of-two wore a Missoni Resort 2011 maxi dress with a mind-bending print.

At the event all everyone was interested in was why she decided to go for the chop.

She told Us Weekly, “I don’t know, but I liked it, I really want to cut it shorter.”

We’ve seen Nicole with shorter hair before, but I just love how choppy this style is.

With the new hair and new make-up I’ll be honest and say I almost didn’t recognise her.

Cheryl Cole unveiled her waxwork at Madame Tussauds in London today.

The Girls Aloud singer and X Factor judge came face-to-face with her wax figure this morning which was wearing a red embellished dress with a jeweled headband.

The real Cheryl faired much better wearing an Antonio Berardi Resort 2011 mini dress.

Her mint green dress with a poufy skirt was paired with a cropped leather jacket and Brian Atwood Balleto platform sandals.

I adore the dress.

It’s a dress I always pictured her wearing on the X Factor.

I wish she didn’t wear the jacket.

With my corns I can’t get way with wearing these stunning Brian Atwood Balleto platform sandals, but these crystal-embellished clear plastic and black leather sandals are perfect for her look.
