I was surprised to see Claire Danes on the red carpet for the 2010 London Film Festival premiere of “The King’s Speech” which was held at the Odeon Leicester Square.
The actress and her husband Hugh Dancy walked the red carpet hand-in-hand despite neither appearing in the movie.
Claire wore a Prada Fall 2010 dress which is the sleeveless Look 9 dress, with the red and black print of Look 10.
Like I said Claire wasn’t there to promote, so I think her dress is appropriate as it doesn’t attempt to steal the spotlight from the main star Helena Bonham Carter who unsurprisingly wore a Vivienne Westwood dress.
I order to lift this look from a 5 to an 8 out of 10, I wish Claire had added the two tone red and black Prada patent heels and removed that heart-shaped bracelet.
I think I had a bracelet like that in junior school.

The dress is so pretty but has no life on Claire.
Im so glad celebs are proving me wrong that this collection will make you look bigger than you actually are
Jarrold – you are not wrong. It does. I know from first hand experience. She isn’t wearing the underskirt.
I loke the look don’t mind the shoes but would have preferred the kitten heels with the black bows which aren’t pictured. Similiar to the ones that Posh wore but dofferent colour.
I really like this look. Its a great look from fall and the black shoes go well with the dress.
The Prada patent shoes would have been perfection. Truth…I have the cream and black version. The whole truth…it’s from F&F at Tesco for £20! Looks identical minus the craftmanship and the material and the price:)
I can’t get enough from these Prada dresses this Fall/Winter!
Love them in every shape, form and variation!
However I think Claire is quite “boring” in this look..
Hair, shoes, accessories???
I understand she wanted to keep it simple, but …
