Hands up if you are shocked.
Shocked that AnnaLynne McCord is not wearing a mini dress, an LBD or a bandage dress.
I think this has to be the first time the “90210″ actress has been so covered up.
At the “50 & Fabulous: Celebrating 50 Years of Women’s Advances Since The Pill Event” in New York City this week, she opted for a more sophisticated less predictable look.
She wore an Alice + Olivia silver brocade blazer with a white shirt and black skinny pants.
Her look was paired with bright pink Christian Louboutin Mille Cordes pumps which she also owns in gold.
This is a refreshing change, but I’m guessing it was a one-off.
I bet she’ll be back to her trademark minis next time out. I would too if I had her body.

It’s a nice change and she still looks sexy.
if this is her best in another style let’s er stick o th old one!! nice shoes anyway
She looks good, and I could be wrong when I say this but I don’t think I’ve ever really seen her in anything high fashion. Like I feel like if she went to the Oscars she would wear Alice + Olivia.
She’s definitely their muse
She wears the brand so well and Alice + Olivia is perfect for her anyways.
I must agree with you, she looks nice and chic with this outfit.
A cool, chic, understated look. I like it except for the shoes. I will qualify that by saying I love the shoes, but not with this outfit. They are at odds with the understated look.
I think it is such a pity that she always feels the need to show off her body in bandage dresses. Bandage dresses look great on a host of different bodies, but other clothes dont and I wish she wore thigns tat other people just couldnt pull off.
I really like it. It’s very cool and chic, while still has a bit of formality lingering in the air.
I like it. At a certain point, you have to come to the realization that you can be sexy and still covered. leave something to the imagination.
she looks amazing for once, sexy and chic without being vulgar which to be honest is a shock comnig from her.
I really like this look, and I love the shoes, the color is amazing. I think she looks great, and maybe the look is appropriate for the event. I think she’ll be back very very soon in her tiny dresses but she’s young, beautiful and she isn’t vulgar. Great change, anyway.
i’m guessing for annalynne this qualifies as a “serious” outfit, so good for her. i like the shoes.
and hey, FC, from what i’ve seen in the pictures you’ve posted your body is nothing to scoff at either! <3
you are kind x
Great look, completely event appropriate. Love it.
I was just about to say how much I like the idea behind this look, but I am bothered by the execution, when I saw the Tory Burch Lace-Up Leather Calf-Length Boots, one of this week’s favourites, and started laughing.
So, after that put things into perspective – she doesn’t look so bad.
:p
A couple of weeks she was doing an interview with somebody (Chelsea Lately…??) and she also wore a pants suit. Then, already she looked very good. I also prefer this on her.
Wont be too long to see her in a tight dress
Fab-u-lous
