14th Annual Human Rights Campaign National Dinner – Mo’Nique In Tadashi Shoji

Director Lee Daniels and Mo’Nique attended the 14th Annual Human Rights Campaign National Dinner at the Washington Convention Center in Washington, DC this week.

The Academy Award-winning actress looked breath-taking wearing a Tadashi Shoji Fall 2010 gown.

Her ravishing red pleated chiffon one shoulder gown had a beautiful bow shoulder detail on the shoulder.

Tadashi Shoji dressed Mo’Nique several times during award season, and it’s a combination which keeps giving us spectacular red carpet results.

BDOTW worthy.

Beautiful! She really likes Tadashi Shoji gowns, and when they look as gorgeous on her as this one does, it’s easy to see why!

I love the dress and the color. She has enough sassiness to carry it off.

Perfection. I love that she has the poise not to be overwhelmed by such a vibrant colour. BDOTW for sure.

One of the things I like best about Mo’Nique is her confident attitude. She always stands tall and proud, making her look wonderful in almost everything she wears. No slouching for this beautiful lady.

Im really surprised that I really like the combination of her and Tasashi. Normally when stars rely on one designer (Theron-Dior, Zellweger-Herrera) I get incredibly bored by how often we see them but I cant find a single fault with Monique

Oh my. Ladies in red are just hitting it out of the park! BDOTW worthy for sure. Angelina Jolie. Jessica Biel. Michelle Obama. Dame Helen, twice. I’m sure I’m forgetting some. And now Monique putting her bid in for best red. Love it.

She looks beautiful! But I think it is the whole package. The dress, hair, make up AND the confidence. Really, really nice! BDOTW. What a nice role model!

Plus the arm candy in a dapper suit.

Red is a good color on Mo’Nique, but I do prefer the runway look as you can see the details much better

That could just be the lighting or the angle.
