Chloe Sevigny is never one to play it safe on the red carpet, and that was very evident on the red carpet at the 6th Annual GLSEN Respect Awards in Beverley Hills this weekend.
The actress wore a Fendi Fall 2010 coat dress with gold logo Fendi belt and Fendi rubber top cap pumps from the same collection.
This isn’t something I would’ve expected to see on the red carpet, but Chloe always likes to experiment with different looks.
I think she just about pulls off this voluminous look, but I’m growing tired of that same hairstyle.
A black sac bag with gold embroidery details completes the look.

Hmm I’m not so sure about it. Great dress, but she seems swamped in it.
It’s a beautiful dress/cape thing but I don’t think she pulls it off.
She looks HUGE in that dress.
The dress is just ugly and I agree it totally swamps her. Hate the lapels–makes her look like she is in some weird judge’s robe.

From the pic, the dress seems to be baggy. And with that hair, she looks like she’s ready to go in labor.
I agree with everyone above (lol at Moxie’s comment) – just wonder if it had been shorter as on the model and if her hair had been, as you say, different, it might have been better…….but it does look rather far from redemption…..

I don’t hat eit, or her hair either ( i don’t like it either though), but I tihnk this is one of those looks that is better in real life/ a better pose. I adore Chloe and I am mildly disappointed.
i don’t like it, it’s just too big on her…
The runway styling looks sooo much better – even though there’s a lot of fabric, it still has shape. Chloe looks like she’s wearing a version that’s 4 sizes too big. I’m not a big fan of her anyway – I always feel her choices look better on the catwalk.
Too ugly for her, but then since her fashion sense is pretty ugly, I suppose its a great match.

When I first saw the photo, I didn’t realise it was Ms Sevigny because she looks so HUGE. I understand that she likes to take risks and be different, but this is just awful. On the model, it looks flared, but on Chloe it balloons and just looks frumpy. Hate is not too strong a word to use for this.

Oh dear, she looks like an overweight desperately trying to be trendy pilgrim. Why does she do this to herself? I’ve seen her look good- granted, it’s a rare occasion, but it has happened!
it makes her look a lot bigger than she actually is an no-one really wants that.
I despise the whole outfit, am not a fan anyway of Chloe eeek!
