Fan Bing Bing Front Row @ Louis Vuitton Spring 2011

Fan Bing Bing was in Paris to attend the Louis Vuitton Spring 2011 presentation yesterday.

She wore a floral print Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 whilst carrying the same silver monogram bag from the runway.

The actress did however opt for different shoes as she paired her dress with black pumps.

Many of you weren’t fond of the skirt lengths in this collection, so I’d like to know if you think Fan Bing Bing pulled it off.

I think she looks great as always and I’m grateful she didn’t butcher the dress like Katie Holmes.

I got a chance to talk to Fan Bing Bing yesterday, and was surprised to learn that she knew about my site.

She’s so beautiful and elegant. I have never seen anyone look so perfect from head-to-toe.

Im not fond of the length but I cant deny how beautiful she looks. Not happy about the pumps although the colour works well with dress.

And why wouldnt she know about this AMAZING sit when everyone is gushing about her :)

      lol…true x

I really don’t like the hair and the shoes.
Her skin tone bugs me with the colours of the dress.
And I am really not a fan of the dress itself nor the bag.

I don’t think there is a single thing I like here.

    • samaira October 7, 2010 at 13:47 #

I second that. As beautiful as she is , its not working here, i think she went overboard with the length and a tad bit tight around her bust. Had she made like a inch or two short or more to her size, she would look amazing.

  3. bisqabii October 7, 2010 at 12:28 #

The dress, gorgeous, just the way it is, with that skirt length that reminds us of the 50’s.

    Her face…ready for Halloween?

Might be the angle, but the eyes are too dark for me.

  4. mm October 7, 2010 at 12:29 #

I am glad she knows about the site. Since she is a favorite. She pulls the dress off but the hair makes the look seem costumey.

  5. Rachie October 7, 2010 at 12:52 #

She looks like a geisha! So beautiful :)

  6. Lisa October 7, 2010 at 12:56 #

    Perfection.

  7. dee October 7, 2010 at 13:02 #

I think this dress works for her. She looks pretty.

  8. nicky October 7, 2010 at 13:02 #

gorgeous. she definitely pulls off the dress at this length. really elegant. i do think the red is a tad bit too harsh on her as she’s sooo pale!

  9. sara October 7, 2010 at 13:18 #

i don’t like the hair…i don’t like the shoes….and she may be too pale for this dress, better for someone like bar, altought the dress suits fan bing bing better!

  10. k.b.s October 7, 2010 at 13:20 #

This dress looks like the one Maria made from curtains in The Sound of Music.

  11. therainhousel. October 7, 2010 at 13:42 #

A sweet dress, Don’t like the red lips. She’s already too pale, the colour just emphasises how deathly white she is. Pink or nude would be better. I wish she didn’t do her hair in that way, because she looks like a milkmaid here. The dress is good.

  12. wonder October 7, 2010 at 13:59 #

not really fond of her hairstyle this time, but she def pulled off this dress.

  13. Lee Ann October 7, 2010 at 14:35 #

I don’t understand why you would copy the entire look and then wear those shoes. my only explanation is the outfit was loaned and her feet were too small for the samples.
The dress that made it into the store was a lot shorter which meant that anyone over 5’9″” couldn’t wear it as it came above the knee and ruined the proportion..

  14. Cristina October 7, 2010 at 15:15 #

The hair and lips are way to harsh for this romantic look.

    • maria October 7, 2010 at 15:22 #

i totally agree. It’s like a Rachie says “she looks like a Geisha” from the neck up and like a 50s woman from the neck down and it does not work together.

    • Hannah October 7, 2010 at 20:07 #

Completely. The makeup in particular leaves much to be desired. The saddest thing is that she could hav elooked amazing an dover zealous stylng ruined it. I am so glad she knows about this site, I hope she isn’t the only oneout there. Also, let’s be honest, this dress will always be tarnished thanks to Katie.

  15. Jamie October 7, 2010 at 15:51 #

I *much* prefer this on the model – mostly due to how it sits wider on her shoulders. Fan appears to be slumping in this and probably isn’t – additionally the length shortens her – particularly in combination with such heavy shoes. Yuck all around.

  16. robbie October 7, 2010 at 16:04 #

she has just aged about 20 years in that dress! and the shoes uggh *shakes head*

  17. moja31 October 7, 2010 at 19:52 #

the length is the least of my problems with this dress, it’s the drapery fabric that i can’t get behind.

  18. Ana October 7, 2010 at 19:52 #

Like a porcelain doll from head to toe. Love it.

  19. Amber October 8, 2010 at 02:14 #

Oh, dear, this is a tragic look for her. It looks like she’s trying to channel Dita Von Teese, but it’s totally not working!

  20. Sara October 8, 2010 at 03:38 #

I think she’s channelling an asian Dita von Teese here

  21. kupono October 8, 2010 at 03:49 #

    u r so gorgeous !

  22. kupono October 8, 2010 at 03:50 #

i like all ! pham bingbing

  23. crystal October 8, 2010 at 03:51 #

FBB may sure look elegant and beautiful but the Chinese community just loathes her so you thinking she’s perfect is a bit laughable for me. Oops. I don’t know if that would count here. lmao.

    • steven April 16, 2011 at 17:15 #

it’s not true . she is household star in China and adored by millions of Chinese people

  24. KateS October 8, 2010 at 03:56 #

I think she looks so poised and beautiful here (as usual!). I love that she’s gone with the mid-century theme of the dress with her red lipstick and set hair.

  25. mol October 8, 2010 at 05:40 #

    I am kind of intrigued by the Geisha doll references and their combining with the 50’s style dress – it kinda fascinates and I have to say i like it;

  26. adriana October 8, 2010 at 07:06 #

    oh my!
FC you have to tell us what she said!!!!!

  27. D October 8, 2010 at 10:08 #

not fond of the dress but she is gorgerous
she reminds me about snow white haha

  28. Emi October 8, 2010 at 12:47 #

I don’t like the hair, the shoes are beautiful but I don’t like them with this dress, which is a little bit too long. I don’t think this look is perfect from head to toe, she gave us a lot of better looks, but oriental women are such graceful and classy, maybe because they don’t show their assets all the time, I mean…they dress themselves, not undress.

  29. aj October 8, 2010 at 20:57 #

Fan Bingbing actually looks MUCH better without heavy makeup and lipstick. The picture above obscures her natural beauty. Hope she takes note if she reads this.

  30. kyo October 9, 2010 at 02:07 #

You are from China? my friends all like her so much, i don’t know why you say that. She is our pride.
No one can deny her beauty and her professional dedication.

  31. cheese October 12, 2010 at 07:01 #

she’s so pale, she almost looks like a geisha. she looks very nice, but i missed her looks from 5 years ago

  32. chinese people March 5, 2011 at 02:44 #

  33. tina May 18, 2011 at 18:33 #
