The ‘Gossip Girl’ actress wore it to the screening of “Twelve” at the Landmark’s Sunshine Cinema in New York City.
The sexy starlet wore her open back dress with cork Louboutin’s whilst giving us her trademark head tilted to the side pose.
Alexa Chung wore the same dress when she was front row at Chanel’s Spring 2011 show yesterday.
I’ll take heels over flats any day, plus Blake just oozes confidence in this look so she wins for me by a very very long way.

The issue for me isn’t the wearing of flats compared to heels, it’s that the flats Alexa is wearing are flipping ‘orrible!
I still absolutely hate this dress.
Still, in a “Who wore it less bad”, I’d give this to Alexa. I like how she takes the tackiness of the dress down a notch with the hair and the shoes.

I don’t even think it’s much of a competition, they’re on completely different ends of the spectrum…Blake at one end with super sexy and Alexa at the other with super frumpy.

I’m not crazy about the dress but it looks better on Blake.

I prefer it with the darker shoes and Alexa has the legs and height to pull the flats off.
I love the dress. And, as much as I hated to do so, I voted for Blake. Alexa and those run over shoes look and the look-like-I-just-woke-up hair are horrible.
I think Alexa looks better. She managed not to look tacky like Blake.
