Olay Event – Ha Ji Won In Altuzarra

Ha Ji Won has great style.

We loved her some much in Roberto Cavalli earlier this year that she was our Best Dressed Of The Week.

The actress who is the brand ambassador of Olay attended an event for the brand in Seoul this week.

She wore an Altuzarra Fall 2010 dress which had lace up details on the skirt, shoulders and on the model we also see a significant plunging neckline.

Ha Ji Won waters down this dress greatly by modifying the dress to be less revealing.

By doing that she takes away the very essence of the dress, reverting it to a plain LBD.

She did wear some great heels with her dress, but not liking her version of this dress.

I agree with you. The dress loses its luster on Ha Ji Won because it has been altered toooo much.
Her shoes also make her legs look chunky.

Even the runway model looks a bit frumpy in this dress. Both ladies have the illusion of thick legs which I am sure is not the case! It could be the length, the double slits and/or the shoes. Not liking this…

I like the dress with the modification. I think there’s sexy and then there’s looking like a high class hooker

I didn’t even recognize her as the same woman who won BDOTW. She looks frumpy by comparison in this dress (the hair style isn’t helping).

She is at an event for Olay, not a premier, so she doesn’t want to be too sexy because that would be inappropriate. But you are right, the dress is boring without the sexyness. She should have worn another dress instead if she was just going to modify it.

I like the runway version better. I do like her shoes.
