Emporio Armani’s Spring 2011 collection concentrated around ten elements: glamour, geometric deco, lightness, sheath, daywear, sleekness, shades, shape, form and fancy.
We saw layering with different shapes creating new sleek forms. Stretched see-through tube skirts and leggings were teamed the short dresses, shorts and skirts.
Silk pants with cascading ruffles, shorts, sleek jackets, drawstring pants and cocktail dresses were presented.
The mostly neutral colour palette of grey and beige was presented alongside green, black and watermelon red.

Key accessories included rope, plaited and beaded chokers. A large variety of shoes ranging from wooded wedges to kitten heel booties.
The bags were just as wide ranging from large totes with wooden handles to small box bags.
Front Row: Megan Fox, Brian Austin-Green, Jada Pinkett-Smith & Willow Smith
Favourites: Watermelon dress above and the printed top paired with shorts and black leggings
Who I See Wearing This Collection: Angelina Jolie, Megan Fox, Emily Blunt, Natalie Imbruglia and Kristen Stewart

One of the collections I liked the least during this fashion week.
The latest Armani collections (Giorgio and Emporio) have been diesappointing for me.
I love the acessories
Not my favorite collection of Armani. However, I could imagine Kristen Stewart wearing some of the pieces from this.
I love the 80′s chic sort of flair this has- those hairdos on the runway models are taking me back- and I like the accessories too.
Although I find this collection boring (as I usually do), flat and sligthly pointless, I tihnk Armani is a very transitional designer. Things always look better on celebrities and in real life. I hope to see this translate well.
